Arlo Ultra 2

Disappointed with performance and reliability – **UPDATE** I have contacted support and they asked me to get the camera down to troubleshoot connectivity. They would not help until I did this. Once down and the camera was next to the hub, it worked of course. Then they said that they can close the case because it now works. I’ve done this 20 times and it works for a day or two and then stops again. It is easy for them to close the case though.
I have four cameras connected to the Hub. Sometimes 2 cameras work and sometimes 3 but hardly ever all 4. No matter how much you fiddle with the "Activity Zones", it still picks up movement outside of those zones. Batteries do not last very long so you're constantly charging them, with one battery completely dying within a few months. Ongoing subscription cost is something that I did not know when I bought the package, and I look forward to cancelling it and binning the whole system.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman Security for $1,500.
Not great for they cost – The camera itself is decent, what's included with what I'd consider to be a rather inflated purchase price is poor though. Anything actually usefully is locked behind a subscription fee. I can't really recommend them and I won't be purchasing any more arlo products in the future.
