I was provided an Artusi washing machine to replace a Hoover washing machine which broke (I don’t recommend them either). The Hoover was under warranty and the company that used to handle their warranties stopped doing so halfway through my claim. So they replaced my machine with an Artusi (after many many months). It broke after 2 years. Repairman said getting replacement electronics in Australia is hard and we were better off replacing it.
So to summarise: - poor quality, breaks quickly - company is slow on warranty claims - no good supply of parts for repair.
I would avoid.
