pumps continously afterwards. The service has to come out, pull out the machine, reset the float thingy, put it back in, and then we wait for it to fail again. Why you would put such a thing in such an awkward spot...

Oh, and the unit has always been very, very noisy compared to the similar quality bosch machine we used to have. I trusted Choice on the noise rating - and they were just plain wrong. The machine is extremely noisy for top end unit... Never would buy again. Ever.

I feel like just putting it out on the kerb and investing in another bosch unit. It costs me $150 every time the service guy comes out plus the wasted work time. My experience with Asko is poor. It looks nice Poorly engineered - now it is 5 years old needs regular service visits to fix faults.

Good – Would definitely recommend this dishwasher for its quality, easy of use, effeciency, capacity and quietness. So far I have had no problems in the 12mths of owning this machine. sometimes do not fit properly into other dishwashers as the rotor clips them when in operation. Controls are simple and very easy to use. Power button is located out of sight at the top of the door, and this, together with a clever child lock handle makes it particularly good if you have small children in your household. This machine is extremely quiet and water effecient. Dishes aren't dry at the end of the cycle, however this isn't too much of an issue.

Excellent – Water efficient, super quiet (compared to our old dishlex). Washes great and dries great, best dishwasher i have owned, highly recommended. Bought it 2 years ago, chose it for low water use, also it is super quiet.
