These have been the most frustrating, Broken expensive machines ever made!!! – Our machines washer and dryer look beautiful. Thats the only good news. We have put up with these for 12 years and they have not worked properly since day one. We have had both of these fixed three times and still the dont work properly. be in the laundry when its on you need earmuffs on. The cycles are far to long although the clothes come out nice and clean you go deaf doing it. The dryer runs so hot that we dont use it if we are outside in case it catches on fire. We were so oversold and asko has under delivered on their promise to be the best in the world. These washer dryer combos were the most expensive on the market at the time of purchase and we were so excited to get them delivered and installed in our new build. The wheels fell off that thought process pretty quickly as the both broke down within the first 6 months and from there it just got worse over time. Time to go and buy a Miele F*** Asko

warranty, the exact problem was visible again and the start button stopped working consistently. I had the serviceman come to review it. I was asked to pay the $99 call out fee and a complaint was lodged by the service man for the parts to be replaced by Asko, he left my drier on the floor assuring me that I would receive a call ASAP and see him within a week. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing, I called and emailed constantly for a week. Finally I received an email informing me that I could have a discount on the parts but would be required to pay labour fees, a total cost of $460. Despite my protests via email, as no one would call me, I simply received the same email in reply repetitively, word for word. Almost 6 years to the day of purchasing the machine is no longer pumping water out of the machine. So not 'built to last' just built to break and receive horrendous customer service.

Asko is a total rip off and they should be disgraced of their poor quality products – Both Dryer and washing machine have continually broken down within a week of each other this has happened several times over a 3 year period that we have given up trying to get them fixed!! smell and non existent drying after exhausting all avenues of lint condenser cleaning , $5000 for both machines and these are the worst I have ever experienced, STAY AWAY FROM ASKO they are worse than any scammers at taking your hard earned money and in return giving you nothing but grief and are the best at giving non existent customer service. ASKO you are a total disgrace and should cease manufacturing these products immediately otherwise if you don't the Australian government should make your products come with a health warning attached!!!!!! Never again Miele all the way for me now!!!

Asko Machine is of poor quality – I had exactly the same issue where the cycle could not be completed. When that happens, a display message "Clean lint filter" or "Clean condenser" is indicated. won't consider buying any Asko products next time. You would think that paying so much for this expensive product, it would be more reliable!!!

Total failure – Worked like a charm for a couple of months. Now will not complete a cycle at all and virtually useless. Trying to get Asko to honor an extended warranty but calls made are never returned by the "supervisor". The machine is very lightly used in a holiday home hence the delay in making a warranty claim. I have several Asko appliances but will never buy one again. Thoroughly dissolusioned. Great when it worked. Does not work!
