Product heater did not work out of the box. Tried to call AUSCLIMATE PTY LTD on 1800 number in the Operating Instructions and found the 1800 number had been disconnected. The only way AUSCLIMATE allowed contact was through email. I thought that was strange but I sent off an email to AUSCLIMATE Web site with details of the problem next day. No response. Smelling a rat, I looked up AUSCLIMATE and found AUSCLIMATE PTY LTD had gone into receivership on 12 JUN 2025 - the day I ordered the heater. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUSCLIMATE. Their website is still active and it will take orders but they are now in receivership and good luck trying to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUSCLIMATE. I responded to AUSCLIMATE via Personal Message email as requested over a week ago with all the requested details of the purchase and evidence of purchase. No response whatsoever in getting customer support for my heater that did not work out of the box. They are not providing any support for faulty goods and their 1800 number has been terminated - only contact is through email which they do not reply to. AUSCLIMATE are still sending out product marketing material even though they are in liquidation from 12 JUN 2025. Liquidators are listed as Dye & Co. Pty Ltd based in Hawthorn East VIC.
AUSCLIMATE came good and refunded my moneys for the faulty/under spec heater. Apparently, AUSCLIMATE were going through a major support reorganisation as part of a parent company restructure and my request for post sales support slipped through the cracks.
