I have two of these heaters, they are quiet and very effective. The remote app is very handy, and easy to use, especially when setting a timer.
It does its job, heats up quickly, and keeps a room or large living room warm—very good. There's just one problem: it's made of tin, not glass, and so it occasionally makes loud popping noises when heated. Show details

Warms the room quickly (5x5m). I like that you can be specific about the temp. Does make loud noises as it warms and cools adjusting to the set temp. winter? Order it the previous summer. I ordered this heater almost a month ago because it was a bit cheaper online than buying from Harvey Norman or wherever.
That was a HUGE mistake on my part. They said it would take up to 8 business days to arrive and it still hasn't come in. I should have just paid the extra $20 to get it in-person from an electronics store.
When I followed up with Customer Service (who was very friendly, by the way), they said there was an issue with the warehouse operations which has delayed the order. "We have flagged it as a priority for delivery"
As it stands, the tracking information still remains the same from a month ago as "Label created by sender". If the heater doesn't arrive by this week I will be cancelling it.
TL;DR - Absolutely DO NOT buy online from Ausclimate.

Hopefully, you get a good one without any problems. Otherwise, you should be ready to spend lots of effort due to poor customer support. The 7-day schedule mode is extremely hard to understand and use, which makes me feel like this function is still developing. Another big problem is the response ‘bee’ sound, which cannot be muted and is very noisy if you want to adjust anything (e.g. Temperature) during sleeping time. Show details

I ordered to heaters from this company. The shipping option I chose was "delivered in 2-8 days". I had to email the company multiple times and end up hunting down their phone number to call them, before they finally dispatched my order 7 days after payment was made. called them, and the customer service rep confirmed that only one was shipped.
I ended up getting a refund, and they then saw my other reviews and shipped the other unit, but I had already sourced another heater so this extra one is just taking up space in my garage now. They gave zero indication of how they intend to improve the customer experience in both warehousing/shipping or their support, and so my one-start is staying. You cannot and should not 'buy' better reviews with free product.
