My data usage on phone
I was enquiring why I was having to top up my data every day. The guy checked with his supervisor and advised me it's me downloading things. Aussie BB offers me a $40 credit which they didn't have to and advised me it was cheaper to go up $10 on my plan than keep adding data at $20 a pop.
Really depends on where you live or use it
Because the mobile service uses Optus infrastructure, if you try to use the service in an area that doesn't have sufficient coverage, you will have a lot of black spots. Even if Aussie BB's own coverage map tells you you are well within the coverage zone, it's entirely possible that you will still encounter black spots, especially inside or in my experience, just slightly inside a regular building. And I live in a major city, but it's just not an Optus city it seems. But, if you can get a SIM to test the connection before signing up fully, defi... Read morenitely do so, rather than wasting your time with all that only to find out that you can't get reliable data in key places you will regularly be. And again I stress, all of those places are designated as green and within coverage. And I'm in a major city. So overall, when you're in the perfect location, it works great. The speeds are good and the data plans are more than enough for cost. But there's nothing more frustrating than having to be somewhere but you're suddenly unable to push or pull any data ... Especially when the ISP's own coverage map says you should be A Ok.

Still no support with Customer Support
No amount of credit we'll make up for even more poor performance at customer service.
As I have data sharing between my mobile data and mobile phone all I wanted to find out still months later, as I have used all my data on my mobile phone plan why isn't data being taken out of my data only plan and instead data is being taken out of my mobile phone plan leaving me in a negative data balance.

Just Joined, Going By The Previous NBN Providers a slow flow, I Hope My Hose Is Of High Pressure
I will give better rating once I experience their product, expect to start at the bottom and move your way up.
Update: I'm an idiot! LOL I accidentally joined 'Australia Broadband' 2 weeks ago What A Big Mistake almost zero connection over the 2 weeks, and a very substandard support.
I have changed my rating to 5 stars as a sorry to Aussie Broadband or you could take it as a 5 star rating for their great TV advertising
Amazing phone deals!
Aussie Broadband have absolutely the BEST deals on mobile phones! My friend bought a Samsung Galaxy A12 phone for $23 a month! (36 payments) That includes the handset AND the phone plan! Where else could you get a deal like that?? What would Telstra charge?? OMG i hate to think! But don't take my word for it check out there website and see for yourself.
Data usuage not updating in App
3 days now , usuage not being shown in app, shows zero for each day, when I have used internet each day, not sure what is going on, disappointing and concerned now

Fixed first time.
Had a problem with my mobile service whilst on an interstate trip. One call to Aussie and problem resolved by a plain speaking friendly operative. A most satisfactory out come.
They lied to me for the product they did not have.
Called Aussie Broadband asking about 4G data products. Gave them the address and they said yes the area was in their 4G data coverage. I bought a 4G router and received the SIM card. Tried over two week but most of the time there were no 4G data. Called them twice and they told me the no connection was due to Optus data outage. Two weeks later called them again after writing a complaint letter. This time the Aussie broadband staff said my area had no 4G coverage! They refused to compensate my 4G router and suggested me to bring it back to the s... Read morehop for refund! What the Fxxx! The worse ever internet provider I have met. Wasting my time for the travels, setting up cameras and waiting time by calling Aussie Broadband. Never never trust what they said on the TV, internet. Aussie Broadband is the lousiest internet provider I have experienced.

Compared to my previous supplier Telstra, the service is fantastic, very fast and reliable, exactly what I wanted in a broadband service. Any small issues are quickly and easily resolved.
