Amazing phone deals!
Aussie Broadband have absolutely the BEST deals on mobile phones! My friend bought a Samsung Galaxy A12 phone for $23 a month! (36 payments) That includes the handset AND the phone plan! Where else could you get a deal like that?? What would Telstra charge?? OMG i hate to think! But don't take my word for it check out there website and see for yourself.

Data usuage not updating in App
3 days now , usuage not being shown in app, shows zero for each day, when I have used internet each day, not sure what is going on, disappointing and concerned now

So far it’s as good as I’ve had in the past for a lot less
Only minor dropouts during storms, and have been kept informed of interruptions due to maintenance which I am very happy with
I have recommended this network to family and friends too

Fixed first time.
Had a problem with my mobile service whilst on an interstate trip. One call to Aussie and problem resolved by a plain speaking friendly operative. A most satisfactory out come.

They lied to me for the product they did not have.
Called Aussie Broadband asking about 4G data products. Gave them the address and they said yes the area was in their 4G data coverage. I bought a 4G router and received the SIM card. Tried over two week but most of the time there were no 4G data. Called them twice and they told me the no connection was due to Optus data outage. Two weeks later called them again after writing a complaint letter. This time the Aussie broadband staff said my area had no 4G coverage! They refused to compensate my 4G router and suggested me to bring it back to the s...

Great service compared to Telstra , very fast and reliable
Compared to my previous supplier Telstra, the service is fantastic, very fast and reliable, exactly what I wanted in a broadband service. Any small issues are quickly and easily resolved.

Aussie Broadband assistance made the difference
AB got us back on nbn with clear and respectful assistance by talking us through a reconnection problem. We were guided through a testing procedure to ensure our speed was adequate for our purposes

NBN problem
Changed address and had some problems but Aussie Broadband went out of their way to get the problem fixed. Always checking to see how things were going and following through on a resolution.

Terrible service
Aussie broadband are terrible when it comes to problems, if you have a problem with your internet, please keep calling them, they are shocking a fixing a problem.
I wish I had never signed up with them.

quick and efficient service
answered the call promptly and solved the problem - I could understand the support officer well and they were helpful and courteous and bingo all done within 5 mins thats what I wanted

Great speed, friendly service and reliability!
We have been with Aussie Broardband for a couple of years now and are extremely happy with both the product and the friendly, helpful service they provide! I’m not terribly tech minded and they have always been more than helpful with any questions I’ve had! We have never experienced any dropouts, no problem with speed and our Netflix is great! Extremely happy and have no complaints! Thanks Aussie Broardband!

Hi everyone. I moved to Cairns North Queensland and had to change my mobile reluctantly to Telstra as my other provider which I was happy with in Brisbane just couldn't cope up here (lots of dropouts). How does aussie mobile hold up here in the Cairns Queensland? Cheers Marie
