Since joining up the internet has been fast reliable with no dropouts. Customer service is friendly, fast and always talking with a technician. Packages are offered are great value too

No dropouts, getting the speed I pay for at a great price, and an Aussie call centre for any problems - I must be dreaming !! Nope, no dream - Aussie Broadband is the best thing to happen to us Aussies in years.
I've had no issues very reliable a great service very satisfied.
Have had nothing but excellent service from staff and service. I've had no issues with drop outs even when told my service may b effected. Can speak with a real person.
Very efficient company
Excellent customer service and very easy on line set up to register with Aussie Broadband. Liaised quickly with NBN to rectify street service fault. Great speed and clarity at reasonable prices.
Talk to Australians
When I was with another provider I was frustrated trying to understand a little female Asian voice. Now I can have a comfortable easy conversation with an Australian sounding person. Much more satisfactory.
Never lets me down
Aussie Broadband is so reliable. I have now referred my daughter to Aussie and will tell. All my friends as well who are going to move over as soon as possible
Glad we made the change
Any issues we have had, fixed straight away. Set up is easy, and staff easy to talk to, much better than talking to overseas call centres. No drop outs of yet.

Since switching to Aussie we have had no issues at all! Great connection, and great service. Have no experienced any drop outs at all! And setting up the service itself was so simple and easy and very quick!
Great at taking your money
Went to cancel my internet to be told I was a not the primary account holder but yet my billing information was on the account. I asked for it to be removed and went back and forward for 20 minutes as to why they couldn't do it. I can not alter the account and remove my information but you can continue to take money out of my account! fantastic I have now had to cancel my bank card great customer service will never use this service again.

So much better than my previous server and i was woth them from day dot i just wished that i cjanged camps long ago will never go back again I'm home now

It is just wonderful to have an Aussie to talk to when there is a good reason, and to be connected quickly and easily.
Previous (unnamed) left my nerves on edge. Aussie Broadband has been so reliable and is all that I require. Easy to talk to and connection is there night and day.

The wifi doesn’t have great strength- working well in the lounge only
Our connection is fine for the most part.
The wifi modem doesn’t have the strength to get to other rooms in the house. We do only have a small 3 bedroom home.
Best customer service
Genuinely the best customer experience I think I will ever encounter in this life. Explored every option and stayed patient with me for over 90 mins to get me connected.

Recently switched Telco's to Aussie Broadband, and whilst I really wanted to love it, it has been a bit of a nightmare. One of my numbers didn't get ported properly and it took a bit of pushing to get it resolved. Then, last night, I discovered that I couldn't make ANY international calls. At 11pm I was to call an elderly relative in England for her birthday, and of course couldn't get through. I was also to call my sister in law to wish her well for surgery. Couldn't get through but at least we were able to facetime. When I rang Aussie Broad...band, they told me that International calls are blocked by DEFAULT! I never even thought to ask "will I be able to make International calls?" My Business name indicates that I am in the Travel Industry, so I would have thought that it would have been sensible to let me know "by the way, International Calls are blocked by default; would you like to be able to make them?" I suppose at least I was able to talk to someone, but to be honest, so far I have been a little disappointed. Hopefully things will get better.

Connection is fantastic, only issues have been as a result of myself and they have been great at giving instruction to quickly solve the issue. These guys know what's they are doing
Very reliable so far, no dropouts. have had no reason to contact the company. When I first signed up I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Staff were very helpful
I've found the signal is better than optus on the whole. The customer service is far superior to optus, I can talk to someone I can understand and very friendly.

Compared to Telstra? no comparison, hours waiting, getting cut off after 3 hours once, no feedback, nothing achieved, bills always wrong... I could go on and on...
Easy to change from Telstra to Aussie, glad we did. We now get a month for our mobile plan instead of the 28 days with Telstra. Also speak to Aussies.
Glad we made the chage
Not being happy with our previous provider - very poor upload and download speeds. Constant buffering trying to watch things on smart TV. After much research - talking to friends, neighbours, PC technicians etc, reviewing other telcos, Aussie Broadband came up as being very good time and time again. So after a few calls and many questions later to them, we made the change. They are local - that is a BIG PLUS! And they are VERY GOOD. Good to deal with, and their prices are very reasonable. If you are paying too much, and not happy with your current provider, give them a call. We also changed over to the NBN. It all worked out very well.

Ilove your broadband. I will not swap phone company. Because l get less data with you. Then Aidi. Cheaper one you give 1Gb but Aidi is 3 GB for same price

Hi everyone. I moved to Cairns North Queensland and had to change my mobile reluctantly to Telstra as my other provider which I was happy with in Brisbane just couldn't cope up here (lots of dropouts). How does aussie mobile hold up here in the Cairns Queensland? Cheers Marie
