delivered, that's is ridiculous. Almost 20 days to deliver a SIM card in Sydney CBD? Not even in the middle of outback in WA they took that long. First impression of the company is already terrible.
Vin is an asset to Tangerine. He went above and beyond to ensure i was happy. He is very knowledgeable on all products so you can be sure you will receive the best results. charge on my card for 2 mths worth - January and February even though I have now thrown out the SIM card and am using another provider. These cowboy Telecom companies - once they have your card details DO NOT allow you to delete those details. I did not have that problem with Vodafone. So Tangerine is a cowboy retailer owned by Richard Branson's son.

service - gave them my mobile model number and was reassured that my 4G coverage would NOT be affected. Last Tuesday my phone stopped working - with only SOS calls allowed. I have made 4 calls to customer service - received incorrect information and advice - I have had to purchase a pre-paid sim from Telstra so that I have connectivity when I leave my house. I run my own business and have not had any business calls since last Tuesday. I can do nothing - until my connectivity is restored by TANGERINE - I NEED to keep my original mobile number which I have had for 23 years! Steer well clear of this company.

Great customer service – When 3G was available it was fantastic, unfortunately the area l live in was unable to receive 4G. Telstra coverage map showed it was available but in reality it wasn't. did, gave them my referral code which she gave to Tangerine, never got a discounted bill, instead I got an overcharged bill. Customer service is rubbish, this company is very much on the take for your money. I feel terrible I actually referred my friend to this dismal company. I recommend steering clear, there are better companies out there.

company from a person that was incapable to speak an understandable English and the background-office noise was so loud that I could not understand a word. What is this for a miserable company? Be carful with whom you sign up with your broadband. The case ended up at the Telecomunications Industry Ombudsman.

Do not trust them. All my personal details stolen from their database – Have had all my personal details stolen from their database even though l haven't been a customer for over a year. They have little concern about this and just said sorry for the inconvenience. I have had to change everything because constantly getting hacked since the data was stole. There's 200,00 people affected by this and they have done nothing to address this. They hadn't even reported to the police. DO NOT TRUST THEM

never improved and I checked up on their excuse - which was that Telstra was working on the lines, and it wasn't even true, they werent! In fact Telstra reported no outages or any faults in my area, yet I was still experiencing the extremely slow unusable internet. So I cancelled my account finally after paying two months ($140) to not be able to use the service at all! Now that is not all. Despite cancelling my service, I receive an email from them today that they're trying to debit my account with another bill!! I let them know that I had since cancelled my account so I am not understanding why they would continue to bill me. This doesnt seem to matter to them and theyre adament about billing me even though I have explained I havent even been able to use this service!! I am now writing this as I am on the phone to the bank to block the payments from these criminals trying to rob me for a service I havent been able to use in two months. I called back the next day to see if I could upgrade my plan - and restart the data, but was told I would still have to wait till the end of the month. So I decided to cancel and go with another provider. I called to cancel and asked for a refund. I was told this would arrive within 3-5 business days. Fine. 8 business days later and it had not been refunded so I called. I was told I should have received a bill - I had not. It was sent to me during the call. I discovered, with dismay, that this bill did not note that the account had been cancelled several days earlier and also, for some weird reason, charged me an additional amount in GST for the second month. My early payment was therefore deduced from a new amount of $51. I couldn't grab the rationale behind this, firstly: there is nothing on the website to say "the first payment will be the ADVERTISED MONTHLY charge BUT all subsequent payments AFTER THAT will include GST even though there's NOTHING on the website to say that the monthly charge is actually excluding GST, from the second month on. Even if I had not cancelled a week beforehand, I would be pretty angry that the charge I signed up for EXCLUDED GST. I mean, who does that? All advertised prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Regardless, as I was not actually USING the service for the second month and I had in fact cancelled a week prior, I did not thing I should be charged gst for a product I was not using. After much explaining, the operator told me they would consult and call me back that afternoon. Two days later I called back because I had not heard. After much explanation, I was told I would receive the refund, without being charged gst. Fine, but I told the operator that they should advertise CLEARLY on the landing page of the website, that the charges listed are exclusing GST. Otherwise it's just shoddy business practice. I put up with Telstra's bad customer service for years, as soon as I had a tiny whiff that communication system with your telemarketers was going to be the same, I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Stop false advertising on your websiteand train your staff better to call back when they say they are going to.

was only once I read out their own refund policy to them that they conceded and would process a refund. I have since had to contact them three more times over the space of four weeks to get my full refund. Whilst an individual staff member may try to be helpful, it is clear they are not given the training or information they need. I suggest you read the T&Cs carefully, know your rights and only communicate via the web chat so you can keep records of the transcripts for future reference.
