exact same item!! Guy told me after looking at it and realising it was the same item that oh well you’d be paying more for shipping if you buy their one anyway. This has been my personal experience and I would look elsewhere for gym equipment

weight racks, and many weight plates, all on thick rubber flooring. I live on Sunshine Coast and my local fitness store is Aussie Fitness. My first home gym purchase, not from Aussie Fitness, was a particular model treadmill I already decided on (one that retails for $8,899 on the importer’s website). Before buying a treadmill, I went into the Aussie Fitness showroom and noticed they didn’t have the model I wanted. So I bought it from Sydney and freighted it up here. I have since learnt that Aussie could have supplied the particular model I wanted as they use that same importer. My treadmill arrived from interstate so I went into Aussie Fitness to buy rubber floor mats. I decided on the thicker 15mm mats and bought 14 of them there on a Sunday. (I have now realised that is nowhere near enough mats because I am moving the home gym from a 14sqm spare bedroom into the much larger 24sqm media room – I just have to clear that media room out). The very next day I was looking at their site online to put together a list of more things I need to purchase and see they have a big sale on, including the mats I purchased only the day before. If I purchased the mats one day after I did, I could have saved $112. I later decided to contact Aussie Fitness via their online contact form which was successfully delivered to their inbox as I was notified. In the contact inquiry, I explained that I had just opened an account in store on the Sunday as I intend to make quite a few ongoing purchases to build up my home gym and I would like to request a store credit of $112 for the mats for future purchases, and specifically said that I am not seeking a refund but a store credit to put towards spending again. (Big retailers in other sectors do openly offer this to customers who make a purchase and within a specified amount of time – usually 2 weeks, they get a credit of the difference from the price they paid to the newly advertised price). In the email I also asked how to access my account seeing as though it was setup in store and wasn’t done online so I had no password to get in. On the third day of receiving no response or acknowledgement, I visited the store again to purchase a solid single plyo box (the most expensive one they offer), a roller, and an exercise ball. I did say that my email went unanswered, but that was brushed off. I also said that the store worker I spoke to in person on Sunday was supposed to get back to me about a Smith Machine I was inquiring about but I never did get any response from that either. I brought up my email inquiry and I tried to get a store credit again for future purchases. This was denied, so I paid for the 3 things I went in for and left. It was later that I checked the receipt of the 3 things I had purchased and noticed that 2 of the products were charged to me for more than the advertised price on their website. Just to let you know – when they process a transaction with a customer in store, I have seen them check the online prices to know how much to charge the customer when paying. They did this both times. Their sale price online advertised $23.96 and $31.96 for a ball and roller. I was charged $24.00 and $32.00. The 4 cents difference means absolutely nothing to me in terms of value, but it’s the unethical over charging that is the principal. So with not giving a store credit of $112 difference, they have now lost any chance that I will purchase any more goods from them. I always try to buy local and support my local businesses but sometimes you just have to do what is right and support businesses who look after customers. I believe if you treat a customer well, they will be back as a customer for life and refer other people to that business. Whether I purchased the floor mats one day later and saved $112 (and the store gets $112 less than the day before), or the store gave me $112 credit because I paid the higher price a day before, makes no difference at all to the store. The only difference is that the store has chosen to keep that extra $112 which has now resulted in the loss of thousands in profits in future purchases from myself and anyone else I could have referred. I see it as a very silly decision for the sake of that extra $112. I suggest this business should take on the proven method of other retailers and offering a credit if prices fluctuate within a specified period of time. So to conclude, the zero response to my online inquiry regarding a store credit, zero response to helping me access my account, refusal to offer a store credit when approached in store whilst buying more equipment, overcharging to their advertised prices, and all round unethical operations, I will recommend any and all potential customers to avoid this particular business, as I will do so moving forward.

They sent another one out, which wasn't compatible with the bike I purchased and after sending heaps of pictures they finally admitted they sent the wrong one. later, I still haven't received a working console and they stopped replying to me. Just wrote a letter to the Office of Fair Trading in QLD and take it from there. UPDATE: 3 months later and still no solution. Just spoke to the Office of Fair Trading | Department of Justice and Attorney-General as they got in touch with Aussie Fitness and they straight up lied to them saying they provided for example a return label for me to sent back the faulty consoles, never happened, saying I was delaying the process, why would I do that, really?!, I have the emails to prove they lied about that as well. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had – I was excited when I purchased a squat stand to complete my home gym set up, but it was all downhill from there. I sent a photo and asked for a refund, and was then offered a payment to tamper with it and put it together, given how clear it was I had received a faulty squat stand. After trying again to help out it was clear this was not going to work, so I proceeded to ask for a refund which they were willing to honour with no issues. A full week after they picked it up I had not heard back so I followed up again, but this time they had changed their mind and charged me the fee to pick it up as well meaning I was left an additional $40 out of pocket. According to consumer affairs, they have failed under section 54 in the Australian consumer law given they have not delivered goods in an acceptable quality, and I am currently in the dispute process, but I would not wish anyone to go through what should have been a very simple online transaction.

Took another few attempts to call and get in touch with the same woman on the 01/06 (Elizabeth was her name I believe), in which I was given zero apology or explanation to where the items even were. Like other companies during this pandemic, Aussie fitness have taken complete advantage of panic buying and taken money off people through their website with goods not even being close to available for dispatch. Trying to support a local sunny coast company and I was met with pathetic customer service and professionalism. Would not recommend, judging by previous reviews (from upwards of 2 years ago), this lot have stuffed people around regularly.

Update: My matter was finally resolved after being told to email someone over the weekend. Their communication needs to be a bit better between each other but I suspect having an overflow of customers could've interrupted that a bit.

disgusting company will ignore customers after they have received your money. After purchasing 30 kilo dumbbells online i needed a refund as they were too heavy and i was unable to use them. I asked to speak to someone regarding my item as i had made a mistake. It took them a while for someone to get back to me and a staff member informed me that my item was not sent out and i could definitely get a refund and i was told too speak to the manager [name removed] so he could help me. [name removed then told me he would call me back after hours and he never did. WEEKS AND WEEKS of emails, calls etc i was completely ignored and disregarded and he never returned any of my messages. This company does not care about their customers needs and they're liars. This company is completely unreliable and i will surely never be using them again! Due to the weight of the item it will cost far more than the item is worth to ship it back to them . They are not even trying to resolve the problem.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. I believed I was buying from Amazon who is known for good customer experience but made a huge mistake.

Stay away - just order from Amazon – Would never shop here again. I ordered a folding mat (no issues with that), some weights and a 'door gym' pullup bar. The weights/dumbell pieces came all thrown in a box with no wrapping, so they're all marked and bashed about. Still functional but I expected better. This is not stated anywhere on the website - I checked the measurements that were provided and they were all fine, but the company neglects to include any commentary about max thickness. When I got in touch to request a refund or exchange, the customer service person was obviously assuming I was just an idiot and couldn't mount the bar. Many photos later he finally understood, but I was told I would have to pay return shipping myself and they would only process my refund if the item was 'as received', so it could be resold. Needless to say by the time I assembled it etc it was no longer 'as new' - the foam padding is useless and ripped the first time it touched the door, the cap of a bolt flew off and the screws mark the black paint when you tighten them. So I'm left $70 out of pocket with an unusable item. Zero care-factor from the company and zero recognition of the fact that they failed to specify this only works with doors up to a certain thickness. They just kept saying "we've never had a problem before" - as if I must therefore be making it up. People, do yourselves a favour and shop at Amazon - you wouldn't have this experience with them.

Item Arrived in Damaged packaging with parts falling out – I ordered my husband a power tower for Christmas around about the 20/12/18 from Aussie Fitness. We paid for the item plus shipping costs and as I ordered so close to Christmas I wasn't expecting it in December. apart, misshapen and as the courier was putting it into my driveway, pieces of the power tower were falling out onto the ground. The courier said He himself had taped it up at the depot as it was poorly packaged and he didn't know if anything was missing. I immediately contacted Aussie Fitness sending them photos and wanting a refund because of how poorly our item was delivered. The item wasn't sent from Aussie Fitness but by the manufacturer and the manufacturer refused to refund it, saying "put it together and we will send what's missing"
This is NOT acceptable. Both Aussie Fitness and the manufacturer took no responsibility for this issue. My husband would not budge and demanded a refund for this and the only way we could get one is if we got the package back to the warehouse.
We had to drive the package from the central coast to the warehouse in Blacktown and then we had to send multiple communications to Aussie Fitness to refund us for the power tower. We finally just received our refund minus the cost of shipping. This must be a joke because this entire experience has been a joke and a waste of our time. I do not recommend your company, it has not just cost us time but a lot of money in petrol to return the unsatisfactory item back to you and you could at least have reimbursed the original shipping costs, not even as goodwill- because none of this was our fault and it would have been the right thing to do!
Quality Boxing Gear – They had an impressive range of boxing equipment online. I was able to find everything I needed within my budget. Delivery was prompt and the quality is better than expected. I would recommend Aussie Fitness and the Punch brand.
Great customer service and competitive pricing – I've purchased various equipment from Aussie Fitness over the past year. Their website has so many products, and their prices are very reasonable. I have no reason to shop anywhere else. It is also super convenient that heavy items like dumbells and kettle bells are delivered to my doorstep!
Nice range of strength gear – I have set up my garage gym with gear from Aussie Fitness. Their website has everything you need and they deliver fast. I've got no reason to shop anywhere else as I can rely on their service and delivery.

Could have been better – Experience could have been better. Got the product I wanted, but there was a conflict about what in stock meant. When they finally got it in stock, they shipped promptly. The shipper they chose was problematic and they had to intervene to finally get it to me.
Fast delivery awesome products – Bought a bunch of gear from the Aussie Fitness website. Some boxing gloves, supps and a few impulse buys. The order arrived the next day with a few samples and a 10% off voucher for my next purchase, which I'll be making today. Their online store has so much stuff on it you can buy everything from one place and save on delivery costs. I like you can chat to someone online and ask questions before buying. I'm a fan.
Uninterested in Service – We had to wait for our goods, because despite saying that they were in stock, they were not. It arrived damaged and despite several emails we were unable to resolve this, because the company wasn't interested in following up or taking any responsibility. Our brand new product is in 2nd hand condition, so I won't be using this company again.

All good ....great value and high quality – Cross Trainer was even better than expected and is of excellent quality and excellent value for the price. My son loves it. Online ordering was really easy and delivery was very fast - even though we ordered during the easter holiday period. The few bits that needed assembly were easy to do and clearly explained and all the tools needed were even included. Nothing bad to say about any aspect of our dealing with Aussie Fitness.
