Grayson's Gutter Cleaning

Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour by company owner. No empathy or understanding for people with disabilities. Intimidating, stalking and breaking privacy rules when a much higher price than quoted was invoiced. I agree totally with Mario's review below.

Absolutely excellent service – Absolutely excellent service. Checked afterwards and each and every gutter was cleared and then hosed out to even remove the small bits of sludge that other companies would have left. Great Gutter service by pros – Very pleased with the gutter cleaning service/advice from Baljinder and Cus today. Price was just as quoted with my gutters now being cleaner than we have ever had them. Also was able to pick up some valley storm seal from their office that I will use on another shed. Average - probably won’t use them again – Tradesmen did single storey job quickly for the price that we agreed. When I asked to clear a single sump at a higher level, requiring another ladder, they quoted more than double the price. I rang head office and he was gruff. don’t think I was either rude or particularly chatty. Surprisingly, the manager decided to visit and check out the scope. He was nicer but we didn’t agree on the price and I won’t go through that again.

Nasty man - terrible workmanship – Came to quote then bullied me into accepting the job on the spot. When I originally spoke to the phone contact man ? I TOLD him that I was only looking for a quote. an elderly woman and I caved. I found out a few weeks later that the quality of the work was appalling. I had a roof inspection for another reason and the inspector took photos showing that the roof is still dirty. There was little to no rain and certainly no red soil in the rain in the 3 weeks between Grayson's work and the inspection. Other companies do the same job in half the time and for less using pressure hoses. Grayson's workman borrowed my garden hose and used a worn out broom. It is hard to know what the quality of the work a roof is unless you can get up there. I suspect there's a lot of Grayson's customers who simply don't know how bad the work they do is.

Terrible – Stay way from Graysons Gutter Cleaning! verbally assaulting her on the phone followed by myself demanding that we pay them.

These guys charge exorbitant prices and are rude to their customers. Save your money and shop around. I will never use these guys again.

Update: The day that I posted my review of our bad experience with Graysons they rocked-up at my house and constantly knocked on our door, rang our doorbell etc. demanding that we take down the negative review.

My wife was home alone with our baby and asked them to leave the property because she felt scared and intimidated, which they refused to do. It ended-up with me having to call the police to remove them.

Professional job delivered – Replaced poor gutter guard installation on a new property with a quality product. Cleared box gutters of a large amount of leave debris not prevented by the old product. Finding the right product – I wanted a high quality gutter guard but couldn't source one locally. Very frustrating. I called Grayson's in Sydney 600kms away and spoke to Grayson and sent him a picture of the material I wanted replaced. I had it three days later. It's a bonus these days to speak to a person. overcharged, but i was given a quote BEFORE the job and given an invoice reflecting the quoted price. In my own experience as a small business owner it is very common for people to feel 'ripped off' when they don't understand what is involved. Either do it yourself (which you can not) or pay a professional.

Outstanding service – Grayson's was most impressive. They came the next day to clean gutters where GutterGuard had been installed 8 years ago. Good but expensive but they are the best – I thought it would probably cost around $400. Turned and they quoted me $660, I accepted so it was my choice. They did the job in one and half hours. Great workers, great job but a bit expensive. But they are best so they can charge that rate and get it. Show 2 replies

Excellent service – Thanks guys for coming in at short notice to clean out the gutters. They were very blocked with high weeds growing. All the gunk was removed and gutters flushed with water to make sure everything was working again. They also cut down a branch overhanging the gutters to help prevent future issues. Show reply

Great service – Got the guys in quick and early. Got recommended from my wife who probably already wrote a review on her other place. One of the guys even took a picture, I have never seen the base of my gutters before so that's nice. Even got gutter guards to shield my gutters from my neighbours ever shedding trees. Show reply

Get quote in writing – They quoted my family $300 and then invoice us $900 + GST. When we queried it he dropped it by 30%. Still not happy. Other works carried out that wasn’t asked for.

Excellent work – Grayson's did a great job - they arrived on time and set about cleaning the gutters in a very thorough and professional manner, even repairing a small amount of damaged gutter guard we were not aware of. Great communication and easy to contact – Excellent work, well done. They did such a good job on the gutters that I asked them to return to clean the windows as well. ivy growing up our front walls and over the roof. Removing the ivy was a big task and Graysons also towed the rubbish away so we didnt have to worry about getting rid of it. Very good service.

Very experienced roof cleaners – Grayson's are very experienced roof cleaners and easily got to our highest out of reach gutters. I was impressed that they hosed out all remaining dirt and tested the water flowage. The workers arrived on time and got straight to it. We're very pleased.  Show reply

Good job and didn't require a deposit – Great job of installing gutter guard covers on our house. We chose Grayson's because they didn't ask for a deposit , some other companies we contacted said they needed a deposit to start preparing and cutting the material. Grayson's gave us a choice of different cover types, we went with the one that is less obvious and can't be seen from the road.
