Austone Athena SP-7

These replaced some Kumhos that had an annoying road noise - I can say that the Austone's are an excellent tyre, even more so for the price. Quiet and handle well in the wet. Recommended Show details

Best I've ever used on the car – Visited the tyre store to replace a delaminated tyre. The manager recommended the Austone SP-7 as a good all rounder as I drive the car very little. had replaced (some sort of weird tractor-tyre looking rubbers I got - that weren't cheap either, but delaminated quickly)

I then went hunting for some really wet road to see how well the SP-7's handled the water. That amazed me - I've never more confident with any other tyre before I used these....

These weren't exactly cheap themselves - but they were certainly worth it.
