Nice soaps - absolutely no customer service – Their soaps are nice quality, but there is absolutely no customer service. I received a shipment and many of my soaps arrived damaged. I immediately emailed the company to let them know, and it's now been over a week and I still haven't heard back. Very unprofessional.

Customer Service after online purchase doesn't exist – I love the soaps and have been buying them from our local IGA for years. For the first time I purchased direct from the company online and expanded to buy other products at the same time. When our order arrived there were a couple things delivered that were not as ordered. I emailed Australian Botanical Soap on August 30th to try to sort this out but as of September 5th there has been no response. We have also tried to ring on two separate occasions and just receive a recorded message to say they are unable to take our call at the moment. Customer Service is the cornerstone of any successful business and unfortunately, as good as the soap is, our experience with the after sales service has been really disappointing.

If Australian Botanical Soap would like to look into this our order number is 18309

Update. Had a return call from one of the messages we left. There is a second email address weborders@australianbotanicalsoaps.com Which is not listed on the website. We could/should have used the contact us section but felt a direct email was the better option. The 'enquiries' email address apparently not monitored as closely??

Purchased in for $341.04.

I like the all natural ingredients – I haven’t tried it yet but I like the all natural ingredients and I like goats milk soap. I think the bar is a bit big so I warmed up a good sharp knife and was able to split it into two bars without much of an effort. I definitely think this will make it much easier to handle in the shower.

Purchased in at Coles for $4.

Nice soap, but hard to hold while in the shower when new – This is the first goat soap that I have bought. A lot of people have many good things to say about goat soap, so I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a go. I have to say, I like this Australian Botanical Soap very much. It. makes my skin feel much soooo much softer after having a shower. And I don't get that dreadful itching afterwards, which often plagues me when I use other soaps. It has quite a nice fragrance, although very subtle. The cake dries very quickly after use & doesn't leave wet soap scum on my vanities or in the shower, which is a big plus. I like that its an all natural product - no petro chemicals, sodium lauryl sulphates, animals fats, parabens etc.

My only criticism of this soap is that it is very large, & quite cumbersome to use when new, while having a shower. Its quite heavy as well, & I'd hate to think what damage I might do if I dropped it on my toes! It only just fits on my shower soap holder.

Would I buy this particular goat soap again? Probably. Because its great value for money, I like the fragrance, & it lasts a long time.

All in all, a nice soap, & much better for the skin than other soaps, most of which are full of many nasty ingredients.

This soap can be found in Woolies. It costs $4 for a big 200g cake, so very good value for money. Most goat soaps are only 100g, & they can be anything up to $4, or more.

Purchased in at Woolies for $4.
