I had applied to several other companies, but after paying, I couldn't get in touch with them again. But with this current company, I received it very quickly. An easy process if you have all your documents ready to go - I didn’t so had to keep going in and out of the application. My problem was that it didn’t save what I had already done so had to redo it. Other than that my application was processed without any trouble

Getting everything downloaded did take awhile, I missed downloading a couple of documents. I received an email 2 days advising me of this. I sent the docs straight to the email….they advised me that they have forwarded the docs to the team to follow up on…..and half an hour later I received the results of my clearance.

Easy enough to use, great instructions. Four day turn around, including weekend. I have passed on the website address to many people since I did my check and nobody has had any complaints about the great service.

Everything went well until I realised that I needed to change my reason for applying from School bus driver to "driver accreditation Licensing/vulnerable persons/unsupervised. I found this most frustrating. I was completing this application late at night so I could not talk with anyone. I did send a chat message online, and this was attended too promptly in the morning. I think it would be less frustrating to have a way to access information that may have been imputed wrongly. Thanks for your time.

They are totally fake and irresponsible. I am using them from 3 years. Last 2 years they give me clearance and this time some agent failed to identify the difference between 'o' '0' and ask me to contact immigration. worst choice

you are unable to contact them. The chat feature they offer on website is just show off. They were keep rejecting my document without even looking that passport number on passport and visa is same. such a waste of time

Overall Good Experience – It was easy to use and didn't loose any any information that I had previously uploaded when I left the site. However, when I received the report it wasn't clear that I have no criminal records. The report should have a clear easier way to view this on the statement and layman's terms please. Do not trust this company false advertising! – Don’t trust this company the website clearly states we beat prices but after speaking to Amir he contacted his manager who says they do no such thing. Completely false advertising!! Deceptive and dodgy company

As easy as ABC – short and sweet process once you have documents ready to upload, supportive chat is also available. quick response in case of error etc. excellent service.

Obtaining a certificate for purchase of property – Hi found them very helpful and it didn't take long to get the certificate The only objective that I have is that I thought that the certificate was expensive for what you received and could have been discounted for pensioners thank you

Great service CHURRR – Fully recommend using this site. Results came within 2 hours from submitting. If you are from Aotearoa to work in Australia and have all the documents required then this site is for you straight up.

I write on the top to a big reason to not good – It's quick but it's expired in 3 months not good I applied 3 times for one application and paid every time over $50, I'm not happy for that.

Worse people to deal with – Worse company to deal. They don’t know what they doing. No timeframe or tracking with police check. Applied 17 days ago and still waiting. No phone number. Only chat with no further timeframe, no follow up with police. They don’t care about anyone about someone is out of work. I am loosing money everyday. No more with them next time. to everyone go straight to police station and apply police check instead of wasting time with them. At least you can check the status of your application if you apply police check with police station. Strongly not recommended to anyone they are just wasting of time

Infuriating and futile – I found the process insulting. I had to do it several times as I was unable to provide documents in sufficient visual quality or it required overly specific details.

Easy application with clear communication along the way – Applied for a Criminal History Check and the application process was very easy and straight forward. Took nearly 3 days to arrive which I thought was fair. I understand sending every application back within 24 hours would be tough so very happy with the outcome.

National Police Check – Great for the times when you require a police check unexpectedly, no long waiting period, and convenient to do online. Certificate available online within 24 hrs

Fast and efficient – Amazing, started application and realised I couldn't find my birth certificate and my passport had expired. Put application on hold while applied for new birth certificate, which took over a week. Completed character check with documentation thinking I might get a response in a couple of days, I was amazed to find it came back in about three hours. Great service Thank you.

Excellent fast and efficient Service – Fast and efficient Service, but too many identity documents to fill in. Passport, drivers licence, Medicare card was ok. but additional document like credit card or electoral I thought it was bit too much. other than that it was very straight forward to do it.

Excellent Police check done in one day – My Police check was completed and sent to me in one day. There was specific required things needed on my certificate, they sent me emails to ensure they were on it, and came on chat to ensure all was correct. I would recommend, Australian National Character Check (ANCC), I am gobsmacked how fast it was done.
