figured the extra cost was justified. However, my application is now delayed, which of course diminishes the value of paying extra. The site tells me that usually delays are handled within 10 business days, of which I am writing this on day 12 of those 10 days. The email advice does say up to 15 business days though so fair enough. Anyway if doing it over I'd just go do it in person and save the extra cost, the digital document submission is in my view not worth the 83% extra cost and the delay is likely to be unavoidable.
