unhelpful, they don't answer their phones. the FAQS are not realistic. if it was my choice i would not use them. it is someone else's money they are wasting. there is no support so why advertise it. you people are lazy and selfish. absolutely disgusting service. there are probably no real people just artificial intelligence =artificial help.

A national hotline number is useful. The system is fix and yet it is hard to revise everything similar to NDIS screen check. Not easy to revise when someone got stuck like me asking for documents. Please provide a national hotline number so we can talk to someone. Email responds do not help.

I am happy with the fast processing, and the staff was very helpful (her name is Katie). I had difficulty uploading one of the IDs because the system was being upgraded. Thank you so much Katie.

Easy to use , quick to to understand. However for some reason mine working and went into a loop and would not open. Tracie of your office in Adelaide worked with me until she found a way through it and completed it. A very lady that was keen to help and was very knowledgeable. My sincere thanks to Tracie.

I had a few problems with my identity documents, but this was all sorted within a few days. NCC were very keen to assist with my queries and very quick to respond to email enquiries.

I was going around in circles regarding my Identity Verification and was getting VERY frustrated with emails going back and forth until a lovely lady named Tracie called me. Tracie was able to allay my frustrations and sort out my issues straight away in a calm and very good humoured manner - she was brilliant and did her job VERY professionally I am very grateful to her. Tracie gets 5 stars - The System itself only gets 1! Lol!!!

The service is quick and simple to use. I have needed a criminal police check for work in the aged care sector for more than 20 years and have used many different organisations to obtain a report and NCC would be the easiest check. Highly recommend.

Submitted an application 3 days ago and I am still waiting for my identification to be ‘verified’. I sent a support ticket requesting this actually be actioned as I’m relying on a police clearance so I can commence employment. Zero response, zero acknowledgement. Please do NOT use this company. They are incompetent and useless.

Not good, they lack common sense Their website asks for a backside photo of my birth certificate, which is blank. From that they questioned if i am Australian, even tho my birth certificate clearly says born in newcastle. me re upload my passport twice which apparently solved their issue, that doesnt make any sense at all.

It seems they are complacent and lazy, and don't realise the drama they created on themselves is more work then doing their actual job.

I hold a current Qld Security providers licence. I have worked for the ATO. I have had many Police checks with Qld Police Service yearly with one just a year ago and others taking from about 4 hours to 2 days.. including passport and drivers licence and over 20 years at the same address where the other persons with similar names have never lived. You need to use more than ONE KEY IDENTIFIER, TO ELIMINATE SIMILAR NAMES. I could not EVER recommend this company. 2 weeks and still waiting

Quick and easy, excellent communication, and fast turnaround, very happy with the service provided. Stays in email form (a few months) long enough to copy and send to employer before the results are removed. Not over the top prices either, couldn’t be happier. Can’t continue to work without it! Its a very slow and painful process to get results and when try contacting them there isn’t any direct number or email to get through. Very disappointing experience

Useless for job hunting. You can’t get a check unless it’s for a specific job and company. Wouldn’t let me order a check for multiple roles and I’m job hunting, how am I supposed to fortell which company will hire me?

Very exhausting and frustrating process and service. I paid for a Check and received a payment confirmation, receipt of payment and a confirmation of application completed. Sadly I began to receive emails the next day asking me to complete my order payment. I emailed them with evidence of the payment and they responded with another email this morning reminding me to complete my order. I will open a dispute of payment with my bank today.

I had an issue with correct documentation for my police check. The support staff online was so helpful and speedy, I would not have got through without this back up support. Once I submitted everything, my police check came back in 2 hrs. I also wish to add, the documentation is not too difficult. Some police checks want so much documentation, your could start your own administration company. Thank you National Crime Check, great service.

The dumbest program I have seen since Windows Me The company was supposed to have paid for it but it kept nudging me for payment I attempted multiple times to upload all the documents required but there was NO LINK!!!! it just kept cycling back to the phone ./ hash tag login I ended up unsubscribing and acquired my own through a more responsible program NEVER USE THIS GARBAGE

needing the check. The person who responded to my emails was Nicole and she very blunt and rude and offered no help at all.

Also recieved an email stating my check has matched with someone similar in the system so it’s going to take 10-15 business days to complete. Avoid this company.

The verification process was very long and involved. Imagine trying to do a selfie photo without wearing glasses. Also uploading so many identification documents just to prove who i am was a bit much

Took too long – Took so long for the ID document review team to look at my request that I ended up going elsewhere for a check and received that check back in an hour. Waste of money.

Frustration – Instructions for sending identity documents were confusing. They were also irritatingly detailed, repetitive and patronising about how to take photos. The site dropped out after every photo and I had to reconnect. This was only resolved by getting up at 5am and doing it when it was not busy. Once it was done the result was delivered the same day.

Police check – It was very straight forward application and I received my police check within 24 hours, very effective communication, thank you for your excellent service.I highly recommend anyone who needs police check to use this service.
