Incredibly bad business. General enquiries number doesn't even ring. Clearly nobody actually human works there or they literally can't think for themselves. Nothing but problems with identification. And no one that you can speak to. This business needs to be looked at by the appropriate authority. You get what you pay for. They're cheap and you get cheap in return. Also concerning about what happens to your personal information.

There was an error on my verification and on the email addressed me with a wrong name too. I don't know how they got my name wrong. The email also asks me to call 1800 080 095, however the number is not reachable.

Best Service in 30+ years – I started this application last night and hit an obstacle. Sent an email expecting the usual, 3-never days to respond. To my surprise and joy, first up in the morning was a response. I immediately emailed back and within minutes got the required instructions. Then the attachment I provided was uploaded and another email telling me to proceed. All this in the space of 10 mins or less !!!! Show reply

Had used these guys last year and although they were slow in completing all ended well. Utilised them this year to update the certificate and a 26yr old entry appeared on the new certificate. The response was 'no care and no responsibility. Already cost me work.

HI Guys Up for renewal so used NCC again. Last time was easy and efficient, this time was even better than last time! So easy to use, easy to understand step by step instructions and at the end tracking to see progress! Had results within the hour!! OMG!! Wish all sites were as good as this one!
Follow-up · The tracking was new, easy to use and a good addition. Did not need to get support as it was an easy site to navigate. From what I remember from the last renewal, the process has been refined to be easier and simpler. Results came through so quick , can't ask for more.
unhelpful, they don't answer their phones. the FAQS are not realistic. if it was my choice i would not use them. it is someone else's money they are wasting. there is no support so why advertise it. you people are lazy and selfish. absolutely disgusting service. there are probably no real people just artificial intelligence =artificial help.

A national hotline number is useful. The system is fix and yet it is hard to revise everything similar to NDIS screen check. Not easy to revise when someone got stuck like me asking for documents. Please provide a national hotline number so we can talk to someone. Email responds do not help.
Quick and easy, excellent communication, and fast turnaround, very happy with the service provided. Follow-up · The process was quick; I applied on Friday evening and received the document the next day, despite the system being upgraded at that time. With the help of the staff, the process went smoothly.
I had a few problems with my identity documents, but this was all sorted within a few days. NCC were very keen to assist with my queries and very quick to respond to email enquiries.
