Avanti HydroQuench

Poorly insulated – The product is very poorly insulated. I contacted Avanti and to their credit, they did send me a new tumbler when I contacted them about the insulation issue. I thought I may have had a dud cup. The new one performs exactly the same. Poorly insulated where it does not keep my drink very cold, and does not keep ice in my drink compared to other insulated brands (frank green, owala)

The size is good and I like being able to just have an easy handle cup!
