baffling—how can they promote new sales when existing orders (*mine*) haven’t shipped after nearly half a year? If stock exists for ads… why don’t they fulfill mine immediately? I trusted their brand… only to be ghosted during critical months of parenting. This isn’t customer service—it's negligence.

had I known I would mint have purchased as I have one with four. Overall it’s nothing special and the hype makes it sound like it’s an amazing product when I have a similar product that does a similar thing. The bottle wasn’t cheap $113 just for the bottle and to be honest for the money you would expect it to hold the temp. I’ve learnt my lesson.
