Can’t go wrong with this one – The skin on my face is very picky about the products it will accept, and after years of trying to find this best moisturiser for my face, I decided to give this one a go… Skin loves it! Rubs in quickly and leaves my face feeling like satin, which I love! Tone correction does as it says, always looks more even when applied. Has SPF 15 which gives me a bit of peace of mind regarding sun damage. Definitely give it a go! Show details
It's only JUST ok – I spent $15 on this, which is a little more than I would like to spend on what amounts to a low protection sunscreen with some shimmer in it. I have to admit I am underwhelmed, I bought this thinking it would be a nice light moisturiser with some spf in it as I am in my 30's and thought I should try a little harder at protecting my skin. in Summer is very oily, and so this moisturiser just feels greasy on my skin which is not a desirable feeling in the warmer months as it tends to feel like your skin is clogged.
My skin still feels like this even after I have used micellar water to remove it!
The smell of sunscreen is very present in this product.
Which isn't a good thing if you, like me, are sensitive to fragrance and even get a headache from the smell of sunscreen.
A little disappointing that a company like Aveeno who touts being for sensitive skin would have such fragrances in their products.
As for why I didn't rate it lower based on my gripes...
It does what it says on the packaging, if by "positively radiant" they mean "glistening like a christmas ham" lol
If that's your thing, buy this product.
But if you have oily skin in the Summer months like me I suggest avoiding this product.
Only one for me – Only brand of 10+ that does not affect my problem combination skin. Perfect, quite cheap, not oily, great scent. Finally found something that works I use the entire range, Amazing
Love the luminous glow – This is such a great cream, not greasy but gives a lovely non-glittery glow which lasts all day. Smells like sun cream when applying but that soon goes & doesn't feel at all like you're wearing sun cream. A lovely product that I would definitely buy again.
Aveeno moisturiser with SPF15 – I love this moisturiser, it soaks into my skin easly and doesn't leave it feeling oily. It's made with soy complex and it is very gentle on my sensitive and problem prone skin. I use it every day and it lasts me months before I have to buy a new one. I also like that it's got a sunscreen in in too. It is a good price at around $12 and is found at… Read more
Big W, some IGA's and pharmacies. Soaks in well, doesn't feel oily, leaves skin feeling smooth and moisturised, has SPF 15.
Sheer Brilliance – I'm trying really hard to stick to a skin care regime as I'm my early 30s, so I've tried to go for skin care products that aren't too expensive, easy to work with and effective for my fair freckled skin. I rarely wear make up except when going out on the weekend because I dislike 'stuff' on my face. This product is very light, non-sticky and it… Read more
actually doesn't feel like you are wearing it. I don't try to cover my freckles, although they are light, because to cover them completely, I would look like a clown. So this product did not cover my freckles, it is sheer, just gave a healthy glow. It has some shimmer in it, but a very small effective amount... I hate too much shimmer. I dont really sit in the sun so I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the SPF 15. It has a slight smell but its pleasant and not really noticeable. A great product that I will buy again. Light, gives a nice glow Could possibly be cheaper in the shops but it can be found for around $20 online.
