Designed for a rubbish bin – This product is an utter disappointment destined for the waste bin. The battery gave up the ghost within just one month of use. The settings reset every second time the engine is switched off. The screen is plagued with persistent flickering issues, making the device practically unusable. Despite reaching out to the manufacturer three times, there has been no response. Regrettably, investing in this product feels like throwing money down the drain. My advice: steer clear of AZDOME at all costs.

Piece of crap – Don't bother to buy any dash cams from this brand! Everything was nice and working in order untill the camera didn't turn on anymore after the first month of installation and that was a nightmare to get my money back. Pay extra and get something more reliable.

Very nice dashcam, however warranty claim a nightmare – Used this dashcam for about 80 Hrs. I like picture quality, co-ordinates and general functionality. The item failed about 9 months into the Wty period. Despite the fault being major (dead screen and no recording) the manufacturer seemed unhappy to accept return. Claimed SD card was at fault. Eventually, after tests proved that SD card was Okay, they accepted return at my cost.
It took months to finally receive news that the item had been repaired - BUT, we are now 4 weeks further and the item has still not been shipped (let alone received) back. It has now been over 6 months since I claimed warranty, and I am not expecting the warranty to be honoured anymore now. What a waste of time!
UPDATE:- 26/08/2022 - Repaired item just received. Communication from the manufacturer is hopeless. Received a message today that "it has been fixed and will be sent to you soon". Ugh!

Still waiting for refund – Bought this camera, setup was easy and liked it. Once installed screen started to flicker, has not battery life at all and wont even work when connected with 12V car charger. Wanted to return, seller very slow in responding and after many messages agreed for refund. Camera was sent back 2 months ago and still no refund.
