The longest running speaker production in history! till it became a Museum Piece – This speaker marked my heart in audio from Bang&Olufsen among all their product lines. I don't remember having me offered a warranty purposes when i bought the prototype in 92..WOW! 20 years in possession! even older than most my facebook friends and it did survive and remain unchanged of performance and looks never had i put to service once, despite the abuse I put these speakers through...On one special occassion, I offered it to a friend for "last minute" dj non-stop at full volume from it's 143watts/ speaker capacity. Starting point hour at 4:00 to 12:00 midnight. An 8 hours continous play paired with the YAMAHA SUB YST-SW100. You can't believe what happened after, when we about to end the party, no one can really touch the speakers the heat it produced but surprisingly, none of the internal parts had me wondered if resoldering is needed after. Because it became into that point where the aluminum could only subdued the heat enough to protect the built-in amplifiers. Like their older saying "design is nothing but a language, if u got nothing to say, it can be your salvation"..I have proven otherwise!
