invoice ...still don't have one. All they had to do was to send me one and that would be the end of the matter...dont accuse customers of tax fraud...recommend you not to use this company. Unbelievable attitude . They obviously do not care about bad feedback...ebay should sort out these shonky businesses....back to Amazon.

I purchased a ball joint press kit via eBay. The main press frame failed (bent) on the first use and one adaptor deformed. I lodged a return/warranty claim through ebay and this was immediately closed with no communication. All further attempts to commicate were ignored. Therfore i have to say dont trust this seller. They do not stand by the product.

Avoid this company, also trading under Petree Australia – I received a faulty and poorly designed cat litter box through amazon. when i approach them to ask for return and refund as i was not satisfied with the product, they assume i am doing it wrong and their product is good. deducted $130 off for re-stocking fee and shipping and handling fee which is excessive and claim it under their company policy… Read more

as customer change of mind. Seller profile on amazon is also full of negative feedback as the seller attitude towards customer are generally bad and gives a unpleasent experience getting support from them.

Update: after submitting an A to Z claim with Amazon, i have recieved full refund.

Abusive – I ordered a faulty cat litter tray from this company and then got abused, blackmailed and ripped off. Then more threats and abuse. I would never ever order from here again.
