These products are rubbish and misleading. I purchased them a few years back for gut health and weight management with no result. Now I see the exact same product is being targeted to a whole new market, menopausal women. Totally different symptoms, exactly the same product but with new packaging! Completely unethical.
Provitalize has changed my world. My pain in my my has decreased. I can now walk again without being in pain
I tried this when the advertising blast came out a few years back. It was great for the first two orders, but then the formulation seemed to have changed (the colour of the contents changed) and I had some stomach upsets. Considering the purported ingredients the smell did not match the product and the latin names were also incorrect against what was being claimed on their website. I had some I kept as I was considering getting it analysed. I was considering trying what I had again, but thought I'd do a check. Charges in USD for product that travelled across Victoria?? – After negotiation the company asked me to destroy product an provided a refund, for tis I have increased the start rating due to better customer service. I still haven't used the product. I would suggest they charge in AUD to Australian customers to avoid further incidences. **** I purchased product that advertised in Australian dollars and when it came through on bank account charged in USD at 2.5 times the price then after back and forth with customer service explaining that they have ‘money back guarantee’ that does not apply to international orders the order eventually arrived from 17 Capital Court Braeside Victoria 3195? So it’s not international has already been imported to Australia I have paid USD, foreign currency conversion fees from a bank on a product that has already been imported. I have never used product but also warnings online about false product. This is most dodgy transaction I have ever made. Do not buy.

Do not buy this Provitalize product. It’s rubbish and better supplements at Warehouse chemist. BB Company do not honour – No change over three months. Scam! Taste rancid and smell awful. I tried to cancel subscription but they said I had to give it 3 months for my body to adjust so I stuck it out. I felt more bloated and no real change. I couldn’t change my subscription so sent messages and ended up on a virtual helpline until I got a human who said no refunds and no avenues for assistance were available due to me authorizing a subscription. So even though I don’t like the product and it didn’t perform as promised and also because I live in Australia the refund policy does not include overseas customers. BB Company do not value their customers or honour their advertising hooks due to fine print clauses. PLEASE see your local chemist before purchasing this product as there are better products available and much better financial value. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
