Leaks everywhere – I am really disappointed with this product. The only good thing about NEO is the glass container and it is dishwasher safe. The design is terrible, with a big hole at the bottom of the glass container, and a hole at the bottom of the handle. It leaks everywhere so get your paper towel ready. I put a small bowl under the handle to catch some water but my kitchen bench is still wet.

The blending is not great, there is always small chunks of food left no matter how many times i blend it. It doesn’t blend meat and rice very well. The blending button is hard to press and hold, and I don’t think the button will last very long.

It does not steam meat well. The only way to steam meat is to mince it first. No matter how small i cut the meat, the middle is always pink, even after i steam on 3rd level for 3 times (each time about 15-20mins). I always have to microwave the meat after steaming, just to make sure it is completely cooked. I gave up cooking with NEO and just use it to blend.

I would not recommend this to anyone, it does not make life easier. Only get this if you really want to cook with glass.
