These seem to work well at first but the quality is garbage, they do not last. Mine stopped charging, or at least the left earbud did, after about four uses. There are no warranty details on the beatbuds website and the warranty contact information supplied with the beatbuds from gogogatgets (supplier) has not been answered after three attempts. I recommend you put the money toward some quality earbuds, these are truly garbage, unreliable and unsupported. I read some great reviews on this product before purchasing then and they do not stack up, I suspected they were solicited marketing ploys by beatbuds themselves based on my experience.

Follow-up  · Since my last review I tried the two year Beatbud warranty avenue, mine being less than 12 months old when they failed. Beatbuds refuse to honour statutory or their extended warranty, see attached evidence. This seller is dishonest.

Purchased in for $81.90.

Best headphones I have owned – I saw the ads and read the reviews. It all seemed implausible. Some was true, some was false. Noise cancellation. No. They do not cancel noise at all. They block with the earbud fit but that’s it. Phone calls. Crap. Worst headset I’ve had for phone calls. Don’t try. Mind you I also had Apple AirPods v2 and while they worked well for calls, they also picked up a huge amount of background noise, making them almost unusable except in a quiet space. I’m resigned to the fact that I need a dedicated device for phone calls.

But as headphones? I have not experienced better sound quality. I’ve had AirPods, Bose headphones and others.

Charging has been fine, these headphones hold a charge well.

A couple of weeks ago I realised too late I left them in my shorts that went into the wash. I got them out after the wash cycle and sure enough they were dead. But a couple of hours later after drying them and shaking them out, I plugged them in briefly. Display on case came on immediately. I left the headphones in the case and in my pocket. A couple of hours later, the earbuds started working. By the next day they were fully functional again. No impact on sound quality and I’ve used them every day since.

The only headphones I’ve washed and they’ve come out the other end working perfectly (but I’m sure it’s not recommended by the manufacturer).

The best part, they are less than $100.
