Absolutely shocking!!!! Not even 3 months old and the right earbud is dead with no sound coming out at all….Tried factory reset and everything else but they are useless.
I've been a big fan of Powerbeats having bought them twice before. I have trouble with earbuds staying in my ears and previous models have been perfect. The new design of Pro 2 released in 2025 does not work for me. The worst part is that the part behind my ear presses in and the back of my ear gets sore after about 30 mins. I never had this with the old model. They just don't slip in easily and stay like the original design, I'm having to fiddle from time to time. I regret the big bucks and now I don't have comfortable ear buds anymore.
Follow-up · I bought these one year ago, I was initially very disappointed that this pair were uncomfortable and pressed on the back of my ears, the shape had changed slightly from previous models. Either my ears or the Beats adjusted and they are now very comfortable, not sure how long that took (maybe 3 months?). They have stood the test of time, the battery life is still great. They connect very easily.
