It’s also worth noting that their "Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee" has significant restrictions. Refunds aren’t accepted based on initial discomfort or dissatisfaction. Instead, you’re required to use the mask daily for 90 days before you can request a refund. This seems like a very rigid policy for such a high-cost product, particularly when there’s no opportunity to try it beforehand.

Ultimately, I decided to move on and invest in a different LED mask. After purchasing a Qure mask, which I found much more comfortable and well-designed, I can confidently say this Beauty By Light was a poor investment.

Not recommended – Bought this product and used most days. No notable difference. Now it no longer works ie not charging , not staying on, takes ages to charge.

Buyer Beware – This mask worked moderately well for 12 months until the charger broke. I found it difficult to replace it. It is also uncomfortable around the nose area. I ended up throwing it out. Customer service is quite good, but I wouldn’t buy another one from this company.

Very heavy – The mask is very heavy on the nose, the light flickers at times, I have not used it enough to get an idea of whether it actually works, lots of the reviews on here don’t seem to be truthful so it’s hard to know whether it’s a product that actually works.

Beauty by light mask is uncomfortable – I've just starting using the Beauty by light mask (v4 mask with Near-Infrared ) however cannot wear it as it is too uncomfortable particularly around the bridge of the nose. It's heavy, tight and unable to be adjusted. Any ideas anyone?

Poor quality – I tried this mask almost daily for around 2 months. It feels cheap and clunky. It has that cheap plastic feel. For the amount I paid, I expected far higher quality. They advised that as I used a discount code I could not return the mask. From memory the code was $50 off. So now I’m left with a cheap plasticy mask that I don’t use. I purchased another mask from another brand for less money and am far happier with it.

Best skincare investment ever! – This is the best LED light therapy mask out there and the customer service is amazing. I use it daily on the red light setting and have visibly reduced fine lines and it also helped with blemishes and pigmentation on my skin. Also got my mum one and she loves it as well. Consistent use is key and I feel like this is the best investment I’ve made for my skin in the long run! Highly recommend it!

Disappointing – Sadly the beauty mask didn’t work for me - I have attempted to return the unit however they are not responding to my requests. I imagine most of the “Beauty by Light” reviews are bogus. Buyers be wary of this company as their claims.

Love my mask! Great results – Love my mask, easy to use. I think I may have the older one (purchased 1.5 years ago). Easy to wear. Amazing results almost immediately. My concerns are redness of the cheeks and skin texture which has improved dramatically. Really great customer service. I broke my charger cord and I asked to buy a new one, they sent me a new one literally the next day free of charge. Highly recommend!

so good. After using for 3 months and not seeing any results I contacted them for a refund as per their '120 day risk-free money back guarantee'. They then informed me that because I had used a discount code (that they were advertising!) it voids the money back guarantee so I am not able to return it. They then started taking days-a week replying to my emails and I would have to constantly follow up with them to get a response until they eventually stopped replying to my emails and I couldn't get hold of them. Their final message before they stopped replying to me was along the lines of 'you must be using it wrong because we have a 100% success rate with all our customers' which is clearly false reading all the similar reviews on this page. Why have a money back guarantee if you don't believe your customers when they are unsatisfied with your products? And why advertise a discount code if it's then going to effect your own returns policy? All the bad reviews on this page are accurate - wish I'd seen before buying!

There aren't many revies on their skin care as yet as I am tipping it is fairly new. The ones that are there thought are good! Looking forward to trying more products!

silicone mask that doesn't weigh heavily on your nose and leave marks like this one. I can't vouch for it's effectiveness as I am still in testing phase.

amazing results – I have been using this mask (along with my girlfriend) for a whole year; it has made such a difference to my skin. I use the red and green light daily to increase collagen production and treat pigmentation. I have told all my friends about it.

emailed them and they sent me a replacement express post at no charge. I was happy to pay but they just asked for my best shipping address and sent me a replacement. Hopefully my review helps others considering in buying this.
