Stay Away – Signature S3000SF Quartz Start Do yourself a favour and avoid the Signature S3000SF Quartz Start entirely. This is, without exaggeration, the worst BBQ I have ever owned. The flames constantly fail, it randomly goes out mid-cook, and it cannot maintain consistent heat. For a product priced at over $5,000, the performance is laughable.

A BBQ at this price point should be powerful, reliable, and built to last. Instead, this feels like a cheaply engineered unit dressed up with a premium price tag.

What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of customer service. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. No urgency, no proper follow-up, no genuine accountability. For a supposed “reputable” brand, this is unacceptable.

Spending this kind of money should bring confidence, not constant frustration and regret.

If you’re considering buying this model — don’t. There are far better brands out there that actually stand behind their products.

Absolute garbage.

Follow-up  · Lid feels cheap and loose. Frame colour was great but as soon as you cook it’s all discolored. It’s not proper stainless steel. I have a commercial kitchen and I can tell you this is very poorly and cheaply made stainless steel. It’s is an absolute nightmare to clean. The burners constantly go out and do not stay alight

Beefeater is absolute nonsense. Call them for customer care and your talking to the Philippines who can barely speak English. Problem is there packaging/box does not clearly define what is in the box. Just because there are 4 photos of a full size barbeque on the box and big black letters that says 4 Burner Mobile Barbeque its and just an insert.

Extreme rust corrosion, poor warranty support – I have owned this BBQ for just under 7 months. Recently I realised the cast iron burners and grease tray have really bad rust corrosion (see photos) despite being under cover 100% of the time and regulary cleaned. When I called Beefeaters warranty number which puts you through to electrolux, I was told that despite this NOT being normal, that it is cosmetic issue and not covered by warranty (not sure how rust eating away at the burners is only cosmetic). They were also un able to assist besides the repeated sentence "we are unable to know how the bbq has been maintained" (only 7 months old). Please be aware before buying that this could be a result of cheap cast iron, and is not covered under warranty. I would suggest shopping elsewhere and doing reasearch on where their metal comes from.
