EDIT- BEKO contacted me and have offered a new machine credit to replace our failing machine!! Falling off my chair… Thank you Beko- I feel bad, writing my grumpy honest review below. This machine has been a disaster. We have had it now for 30 months. In that time we have had 4 warranty claims. Issues include the pump not draining the machine,… Read more
twice now. The second shelf, where the water passes through the wall of the internal area into the spray arm to allow water to spray from it, leaked water terribly. I ended up putting my phone in a sealable bag with a light in another bag and turn the machine on to see what was happening inside. Discovered that the rubber seals that are supposed to stop the water from leaking out when it passes from the machine into the arm, the leaking water, therefore no pressure getting through to the arm therefore a very poor wash quality. I have just had another problem with it today and the lady pointed out. I have had four warranty claims. She said she needed to speak to her supervisor about what today… I suspect they may say you have maxed out your warranty claims. It’s not our fault you built and sold a piece of junk! Anyway, I discovered when we had the seal issue for the leaking water, that this current model has been removed from their product list. Can’t get spare parts or anything now. Probably because they realised they have built a dud I reckon.
From day one it has been a regretful purchase. Buttons are cheap and loose, timer is time to start not time to complete (so forced to do mental calculation of completion time). Top rack is pointless so we removed it. And now, 3 years in the heater has stopped working. Can we find a replacement, no. Every other model except this one. So, out it goes and no more Bekos for us. :-( Show details
Faulty door – Unfortunately this dishwasher is one of the worst I have ever had. The biggest problem being the plastic around the underneath of the door heats up with hot washing cycles and cracks off slowly over time with pieces getting lodged in the door and making it hard to open and close. It's very difficult to remove the plastic as it gets stuck… Read more
underneath the door and requires getting on hands and knees with the door ajar and a wooden spoon to fish out the pieces. I had it looked at under repairs and warranty and they said that it doesn't effect the running of the machine. They offered to replace the door and refused a refund. The same problem will happen no noubt when the door is replaced. So dissapointed with this product, knowing this i would have never have purchased it in the first place.
It just stopped – Worked for 16 months then just stopped. No error codes, nothing. Beko has said they need to repair it, even though I've stated I'd like it replaced. Checked every possible cause on our end. We're a young family so burn through dishes and this has been almost been 2 months with no dishwasher. We put up with the poor drying performance from day 1… Read more
because we thought that was just this machine. But 2 months is far too long to even attempt to repair this machine. Wouldn't buy another beko, ever. Worst part is that it's not a cheap dishwasher, I could have gotten alot cheaper.
Rust Spots – Purchased this machine in Dec 2022. There are 2 rust spots on the inside of the door and it is bubbling around these spots. I contacted BEKO who responded with it being a cosmetic issue and it is not covered under warranty. I will follow up with NSW Fair Trading. A machine of 15 months old should not be rusting. Poor response from BEKO. Dishwasher itself works fine. Show details

Everything I wanted and more. Super quiet, cutlery tray, 5 year warranty, less towel drying – I specifically wanted a white dishwasher with a cutlery tray/drawer instead of a basket. My logic? There was one in a unit we rented when we went on holiday and I loved how I didn’t have to pull out a basket and tip the cutlery onto a cloth and sort through everything and sometimes clean a couple of forks again. Thinking this would be a simple… Read more
task I dragged hubby along to Good Guys and Harvey Norman. Turns out white isn’t very popular anymore (what was I thinking when the kitchen was done?) and white with a cutlery drawer isn’t as common as I was expecting.
So we ended up online and found the Beko and had it delivered.
I have owned this for 5 months and every time I unload it I think about how “cool” it is. Having a tray gives so much more room in the bottom drawer than I thought there would be and makes it easier to fit all our plates and bowls in. When I unload, I can grab all the same cutlery in one go.
There are a few programs to select from and they are written on the top edge of the machine so you don’t need to memorise them.
I haven’t had any issues yet and it’s still shiny. I also ended up with bonus “perks” - I don’t have to dry as many dishes as I did with the old dishwasher, even with the plastics (except for the usuals with raised edges on the bottom) AND it is super quiet to the point where sometimes i can’t tell if it is on. The top tray can be moved up or down, there hasn’t been any clogging (and I don’t rinse) and it still looks brand new. I also registered the dishwasher with Beko online and got a 5 year extended warranty for doing that.
I highly recommend this model if you are in the market.
Cleans well, could dry a little better – I bought this because it was 1cm narrower than most dishwashers. The racks and interior space is great, and it washes well. The auto mode seems to adjust well, knocking and hour off the washing time if the load isn’t that dirty. After using it a few weeks it’s cleaned well, but it doesn’t dry particularly well and I have to use a dishcloth on the top of cups and some utensils. Show details
Awesome roomy dishwasher – I've seen people complain about this but honestly it's a fantastic dishwasher for great price. I had a samsung and it was tiny compared to this. I can fit big pots n pans up the top and the washes are excellent. Keep the door closed to get them dry. Cleans everything honestly. Show details
Very happg – Bought a beko dishwasher to replace a blanco dishwasher that stopped working I didnt really know the brand very well but i have found it to be excellent so far Dishes are sparkling clean and its also very quiet It was also very well priced when comparing with other machines The 5 year warranty is also a nice bonus Very happy with this purchase
Perfectly clean and dry dishes – I was looking for a new dishwasher when my 12 year old dishlex (which had on its last legs for about 2 years) gave up. I wanted something with a cutlery tray and that was bigger that my old one. Found this which was great value since the fisher & paykel ones (which I was also considering) where about $150 more. It was a struggle to find one in… Read more
stock but I eventually did I have had it for about 6 months now. It has been AMAZING cleans better than my old one ever did and also because it’s bigger I don’t have to run it as often. Also to keep in mind that I do not rinse the dishes before putting them in. It uses less power and is very quite all you can hear is the water splashing around. The matte silver colour is also very nice and coincidentally matches my oven nicely. We did have one issue where it didn’t drain and overflowed but I believe the hose at the back became kinked or blocked (not really sure I just pulled on it and it started to drain) so not the dishwashers fault.
It is a lemon – I am not satisfied as I have had to have multiple service calls with approximately only having the machine working for ten weeks out of seven months. Yes I do rinse the dishes and no the machine has never been clogged. I initially purchased this unit as it had 7 years warranty as well as being economical to use. Show details
