purchased a beko BDF1640DX dishwasher approx 2-3 years ago it was replaced the following day due to a faulty door the second was the same so it was replaced the 3rd dishwasher was the same none left to replace it with so after 3 months the new door arrived and was installed within a day or 2, the dishwasher cleans the dishes well and no probs with noise or cleaning. Biggest issue now is at least once a year a E01 code shows and i have to pull it out from under the bench tip it backward onto a 45 degree angle let the water drain all over the floor and then it fine for a few more months or a year. never in my life have i had to put the same dishwasher in and out of under the bench then this dishwasher. It will be going in the bin once renos are completed and being replaced by a asko im thinking

Problem with the control board. We bought his dishwasher two years ago and within one year the control board failed and had to be replaced. This was done under warranty and that was no problem. 12 months later exactly the same issue has happened again and this time no warranty. We will buy another dishwasher, probably an Asko. The Beko does wash fine but the dishes come out wet, and not just the plastic, wether there is rinse agent in there or not. We bought this machine because the salesman talked us in to it. We should have done more research before buying.

The issue has been fixed.
We have been extremely happy with this dishwasher, which we have had now for about 10 months. This is our first Beko dishwasher and it has not let us down at all. It runs quietly, is very efficient, installed easy and provides great results. I would say that we would be average users, generally clean scraps off the plates prior to washing them. We got a good price at Bing Lee, and would definitely consider another Beko product in future.

If you're happy not having a working dishwasher, then buy one – Stopped working after 1.5 years. Still under warranty but Beko has sent out repairman 3 times and after almost 2 months without a working dishwasher, it's still not fixed. I wouldn't ever buy anything BEKO again.

Just love our stylish new Beko dishwasher! – We purchased a new Beko 16 place dishwasher for our offgrid home and had it delivered last week. Due to our remoteness, delivery to our home wasn't possible, but AO delivered to our kid's house in Brisbane, and we made a day trip to go collect it. The delivery men did an excellent job according to our daughter and couldn't have been more helpful. Our dishwasher was very well packaged which ensured it made it home with us in good condition. It was simple to set up and operate, it was quiet as a mouse the first times we used the machine, and left our dishes sparkling clean, even using Woolies septic safe tablets. A full load used only 13 litres of water, (measured in a bucket) and drew between 200w an 2kw from our offgrid battery system. We are very satisfied with the product, and service AO supplied. We also saved $250 on the next best price we could find on the Beko, so that's a win!!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear of the issues with your appliance. Please check and clean the filters of the machine inside the unit and the drain point at the end of the drain hose (spigot under the sink) and connection to the drain as well as the traps under the sink for obstructions. Also check the placement of the drain hose to insure it is in the proper location to make draining the dishwasher easy.
