I’ve had this machine for 18 months and for the pat 6 weeks, ive had a machine that doesn’t spin properly and electric panel not working properly. 40 min cycle taking over 2 1/2 hrsI. I’ve had the repair people out 4 times in the last 6 weeks, last time yesterday and I still have a machine that doesn’t work properly. They have changed the pump filter, front and side electric panels. Told pump filter was black and needed replacing, which shocked me to start with considering its age. Thank god it came with a 5 year warranty because it definitely needed it. As a household of 4, to be without a washing machine for a day or 2 is hard, let alone 6 weeks and who knows how much longer until this is sorted.
Calling tomorrow to get a refund and purchase a machine that actually works and lasts. So disappointed. Avoid buying this machine. I will update this review and let you know how I went with customer service and the outcome

Poor quality and poor managment beyond poor – The big honcho thinks his poop doesnt smell and treats customers with 0 respect and belittles them when he is confronted on his contradictions and lies. If you want hassle free trouble dont tiuch this brand ever. Sells items with open pcb boards and then declines claims due to 1 insect being present when control box removed. Manager owner who ever he is need to be sacked. Disgrace of a company.
