Be warned – Bought a Beko frmJB just over 3 years ago first week had to replace the pump motor. Since then I’ve had to replace both the shelves as the rusted out. Now there’s a problem with the bottom rotary arm it won’t spin. Thinking of dumping this piece of garbage and buying another brand will never purchase a Beko product again. Show details
Great dishwasher – I had never heard of Beko and after reading mixed reviews chose it because of its depth as it is slightly less than other dishwashers and fitted well into the recess. We've now had it two months and are very impressed with its quiet operation and efficiency. Never had it higher than 60 degrees and it cleans spotlessly, the half load cycle is… Read more
efficient and takes only 55 minutes. The only thing strange is the top shelf layout which seems to be designed for glasses and mugs/cups only as there are no racks to support small dishes and bowls, however we manage and this is not a deterrent.
New machine, three months used and two times have been in repair – Nice quiet and cleans great, but this water problem wont disappear. I'm sure there will be 3rd time I'm going to have to call repair service.
Not Happy! – I purchased a Beko DSFN6831W from my local BiRite Electrical, just on 4 weeks ago. Delivery in 4 working days - great, as that fitted the timeline of works at home (including new flooring, and the plumber's schedule). Wrong - seems like Beko lost the order! Finally delivered to the store, and we picked it up (was cheaper, and quicker). Took it… Read more
home, waited for the plumber to install. Oops - problem, took the plumber over 3 hours - then he showed me why - - the machine had been dropped! I rang the store - only to be told that Beko said the opening for the dishwasher was not wide enough.
Call back the chippie, and have him check. No, dishwasher fitted in perfectly, but he removed the kickplate, and the evidence of being dropped was very apparent!
Ring the store - no help! So, I rang Beko direct! After being interrogated for over half an hour, they'll send a technician out to check the installation.
WRONG ANSWER!
They were told it had been dropped, and confirmed by both the plumber and cabinetmaker. Send a technician, but with another dishwasher to install, as I was not paying for my plumber to come back and go through this drama again.
It has now been a week - and no word from the technician as to when they are coming out! No word from the store! and I'm out of pocket a massive amount of money (dishwasher, cabinetmaker, plumber, electrician, and new kitchen floor coverings) all to try and save my back due to health issues.
Looks like I go to Office of Fair Trading on Monday, if there is no response from Beko or their technician.
Watch this space!

Impressed – It has been 2 months now since we purchased our dishwasher. We have the stainless steel version. So far its been great. We are most impressed with how quiet it is & the cleaning results are great also. We got a good deal through Bing Lee and had it installed by them. This is our first Beko (although i had heard of them in UK) and we will most… Read more
