and then you wait...and wait...two weeks for the company to get back to you...to order a part...and wait...and wait...and order a contractor to get in touch with you....and wait.....and have him arrive with the wrong part. All the time everyone is passing the buck and no one is at all interested in solving the problem. Buyers beware! Do not buy this brand of anything!

Worst product – I bought the rangehood at Bunnings recommendation. Not even a year later and it just stops working. I'll never buy this brand again and recommend no one else does. Even their customer service is only available Monday to Friday! I now have to do battle with them while living in another state as it was installed in a rental property.  Show details

had to return the unit, paid for it to get uninstalled, reinstalled and have spent lots of money just replacing it when I could have spent more money of a better product.

Poor build quality

Landfill – What a terrible excuse of a range hood. Does not work when it needs to all the steam just flows everywhere and I clean my (rusted) filters once a month with hot boiling water and liquid detergent. It's a piece of landfill and an absolute waste of money. I don't know why my builder used this in the house it's a waste of money. Doesn't extract

Bad – It came with the house, definitely not my choice for something which needs to work. It's got 2 motors but works no better than any proper brand with a single. won't help getting it fixed. Works ok when on speed 3. Faulty wiring in lights. Power is not a real 2 motor.

Bad – I know I paid cheap and unfortunately I have to do it again. The client I purchased this for is not happy with the unit at all and I have replaced the unit 3 times and all of them with problems. something not made in china now. Works ok when it does and does have an ok extraction rating. Rangehood has problems not working on various occasions, the slider gets stuck and the lights blow out quite often.

Excellent – I picked this up from Bunnings in a package for the rental properties that I have. The price was great and the products work very well. I will buy again!! Very quiet and sucks very well I love it for the price in the package.
