Poor quality appliance – I did not choose to buy this unit, which came included in a rental, looks like it has only been used a handful of times. It immediately failed on first use with a water inlet error, most likely the same issue that many others were having. It's an absolute rubbish product, and you just have to look at the quality of the internal parts to see that… Read more

it was built down to the lowest possible price with no regard for quality, life, or serviceability. It would be more convenient and logical to set fire to $400-$500 of your own cash and wash your dishes by hand, than to consider buying this product.

Save your money, buy any other brand – My Bellini dishwasher barely lasted two years before breaking down, but thankfully they honored the warranty and replaced the faulty part. Fast forward one year, and the exact same part failed again, throwing up the same error code. This time, the breakdown wasn’t just inconvenient – it caused my dishwasher to flood, damaging my kitchen cabinets. … Read more

When I contacted Bellini, I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just for them to repair the same part they replaced a year ago. But instead of taking responsibility, they flatly refused to help, claiming the machine was now out of warranty. How is it acceptable to replace a faulty part that fails again within a year and then wash your hands of it?

Save yourself the headache and the repair bills – avoid Bellini like the plague. Invest in a reliable brand that stands behind its products. Bellini clearly doesn’t care about its customers or the quality of their machines. Absolutely disgraceful.

Do not buy – This is the worst dishwasher ever!! I’ve only used it a handful times, now when I turn it in it beeps and the normal and heavy lights flash. I’ve tried unplugging, turning power on and off, making sure it’s clean- nothing helps! Do not waste your money on this cheap piece of crap Show details

Great unit – Had my machine for 7 years. Never missed a beat. Never broken down. Never clogged. I only remove the chunky bits of the plates etc before they go in. Easy to clean and I dont do that no where near enough. I have only ever needed to use it on the rapid wash but still everything comes out clean. Even the baked on bits. Can't fault it and I will cry when it does eventually die. Show details

Bellini Dishwasher – Our dishwasher works perfectly. Looking at the reviews, people clearly don't know how to use them or understand them. There is a button to push if your using tablets. So for all you who say that don't dissolve, "push the button". The other review, have to dry my dishes. This dishwasher isn't designed to dry dishes! There's no drying fan like… Read more

a Fisher Paykel Dishdrawer. The reason why most dishwashers don't wash properly is the wash arms are glogged with crap, keep it clean, better still wipe your plates properly. Thousands of these machines are sold and 2 or 3 or you have issues. Stop using quick wash to economize, it's only for glasses, not all your dishwashers greasy filthy pots and pans.

Perfect day to day machine – It is one of the good purchase decisions. Working efficiently without giving any trouble on daily basis. I put dirty dishes that come out sparkling clean. Size, quality, cleaning is efficient. Show details

Absolute Rubbish! – I would not give this dishwasher to my worst enemy. Bought from Bunnings and within 3 months started having E4 issues. Bellini will not cover under warranty and Bunnings refuse to help. Does not wash dishes at all and constantly has to be reset to even get it to run. Do yourself a favour and just buy a bosch or go without a dishwasher at all. Show details

Terrible Bellini Dishwasher. waste of money – I have had this product for about 5 years and have used it about 20 times, this is because it barely works. When it doesn't show a water supply fault and a cycle is completed the dishes come out dirty. I do not want to throw it in landfill without attempting to make the manufacturers responsible for this. Show details

Thought it was great until it died – Ive had my dishwasher installed for almost a year, after storing it for 2 years waiting for my kitchen upgrade. It was working wonderfully and doing a great job cleaning. Today, the water/tap light is flashing and seems theres no way to fix that problem in the instruction booklet. Now what? No warranty even though its new. I'm angry. Show details

Doesn't wash dishes properly, can barely dissolve detergent tablet – Performance is sub-par. Even on the Intensive setting, it does not appear to reach enough heat or pressure to clean adequately. If the dishwasher tablet has a dissolvable coating it only manages to soften it, leaving it whole and stuck to the inside of the detergent dispenser, or occasionally to the cutlery caddy. Dishes that are scraped but not… Read more

rinsed remain dirty, dishes that are rinsed gather gunk from their unrinsed neighbours, emerging dirtier than when they went in. Highly recommend avoiding this product.

Bunnings shouldn't sell this crap! – tap light flashes and beeps. will not fill. unit is 2 years old but is used only once a week. Never washed properly and when it did run... loud and tinny to the point you couldn't use it before bed to save electricity. Just rubbish and Bunnings should be ashamed of themselves for selling this trash.  Show details

Good enough for the price 3.5/5 – Gets the job done for a fair price. Huge warranty period too. Use it every day and am satisfied. Not the most “stack friendly” dishwasher but if your Tetris game is strong, you’ll easily keep your dishes cleaned and washed. Can change top basket to allow more room. Be gentle with all baskets, rollers, water sprayers, filters and it should be fine.… Read more

Clean the filter every now and then. Clean around the seals on door a couple of times a year. Various functions, mostly use the quick one which washes everything 9/10. Only issue is that it doesn’t dry very well. But hey, it’s a $440 dis washer.

Note* Discharge outlet pipe must be run on upward incline, if not the water that is filled into the sump will drain straight out at the start of a wash. I know because I have mine set up on bench top.

Do not buy this dishwasher – The dishwasher was purchased in Oct 2018 and Jan 2020 the issue started. Firstly it stopped working through the water supply. The dishwasher was under warranty, so we organised the warranty company to attend in Jan 2020. The company was delayed and than delayed due to COVID-19 even though the warranty was issued in Jan 2020, prior to the real… Read more

concern of COVID. The company selected to complete the repairs were horrible and rude to deal with and NEVER returned sms messages or phone calls. Not even a month later, there was another issue and a second warranty call was completed mid May. We are now in July and I am calling three times a week to get an update for them to reply the parts are out of stock, the parts are in stock but havent been allocated yet etc. Today I found out the warranty companies have completed a change over and the new company have lost my work order number and cannot help me right now and will get back to me hopefully within 24 hours. Its a headache not being able to use your appliance let alone deal with a warranty company that cant do their job. Will NEVER recommend Bellini products due to their horrible warranty process.

Not at any price! – I purchased one of these in 2017 and it worked for a short while before refusing to run because of a vague "water supply" problem. After a bit of pressure, Bunnings replaced it with a new one. It is in a holiday house and consequently only used once or twice a week. The performance of the machine was reasonable considering the relatively cheap… Read more

price, but a month ago the new one failed with the same problem as the replaced one. Due to the low usage and the fact that it is obviously a major and common problem, I put in a warranty claim, although it is officially just out of warranty. My claim was met by a work order for for $295 just to look at it. I wouldn't pay a third of that for a new one! I will be going to Consumer Affairs as a matter of principle. Bunnings should be ashamed of themselves for selling this rubbish!

Alright to begin with now in the bin – Brought this machine to renovate our kitchen, was always going to be a starter till we could find one we loved. Didn't think it would die as quick as it did. Very loud machine and just before the warranty expired the tap light came on indicating inlet valve. For the price we paid decided to throw it out and not fix it and just buy one we loved now. Terrible – Please do not buy these cheap and nasty machines. They don't work. When the machine actually manages to have a rare moment and start a cycle it doesn't clean anything. The Heating is a weak, it's loud, nothing dries and did I mention it doesn't work. Mine is sitting there collecting dust because it wont fill with water and the warranty process is the worst I've ever dealt with, It's been over a month and they haven't even contacted me. Show details

NO ONE should purchase this..EVER!! – It is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever had. We have just moved and the home had the Bellini dishwasher in it already and it does NOT clean the dishes properly, especially glass. It leaves everything wet, the tablet doesn’t pop out, and it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my last dishwasher (Westinghouse) . I’m having to just hand wash all of my dishes now.
