Pros: - light weight and the wheels make it easy for gliding. The neck/bottom is of the stick can be "steered" while vacuuming making it very easy to turn corners and get into hard places. - suction is decent for small pieces (hair, dust, small pieces of food) as long as you regularly empty the bin compartment. - Easy to store away on it's own - We own a corded vacuum prior and we rarely use that now. The stick really is a useful product. - Easy to empty and clean. Yes, it can be dusty, but it's satisfying to see all the dirt and hair go in the bin rather than on your floors.
Cons: - requires regular charging despite the Li-ion battery (twice a week). This is a tad annoying as I have to store it in a different location while charging. - Cannot be used while charging - The vacuum bin requires regular emptying to upkeep the suction strength (not complaining about this as it's something I expect with all stick vacuums)
Overall: I recommend this product to all households. Despite it's regular charging and emptying, it is very affordable, has decent suction and easy to maneuver - all these make it a win.

works for me (I'll share it to benefit others that have this same unit)
What you need to do is plug in the charger to the device and power it on from the mains. Then have the vac laid flat on the floor. You then lift up the handle part and give it a couple of wacks underneath the unit where the battery area is (flat palm wack it upwards a couple times with moderate strength) the unit should then start charging again.
I don't think it's an issue with the charger OR the battery but I definitely feel like there's some loose electrical connections internally and that's why this helps fix it (albeit temporarily until you need to charge it again)

Great product – This a great product, stylish in presentation, very effective in performance, easy ti clean. The cordless feature allows me to move around my apartment without having to unplug and plugin for different rooms. Much better value than high profile name products advertised elsewhere. Not own 2 it works so well – I read read through the reviews and I wonder I the people with bad reviews ever read the instructions and realise their is different power settings. path. This Bellini is comparable to the DYSON and I love it. 1. It has excellent suction and I can easily pick up clumps of hair, leaves etc with the just the hose. 2. The brush head is excellent at removing dog hair from the carpet and mats. 3. It is very easy to use as it is light and the brush head moves where you point it without trying to go in a different direction. It has an on/off button so you don't have to keep your finger on the power button to keep it working like the Dyson - so that is actually better than the Dyson on that point. 4. It is quiet. 5. The battery life is excellent. 6. It is easy to empty but the dust bin could be a little bigger... 8. Mounting bracket is practical and compact and holds both the attachments. 7. When putting together everything fits together easily and has an audible snap/click to tell you it is in.
This BELLINI BTBBH19 is brilliant value for money and I could not recommend this product any more.

particular model is good, cleans well but started to weaken after several months hence why I recommend spending a bit more for the next model up, VERY worthwhile.

felt a little bit too toy like for my liking. It is pleasing to the eye, and easy enough to handle but does not do the job well enough.
