USELESS – It is useless!! I bought it from Target 27/12/2019. I am a 60 year old cook and bought this blender so as to save my hands from doing ALL the work BUT what a mistake. It does not chop with ANY uniformity, turns veges into mash NO MATTER what speed you use!!! It takes FOREVER to whisk cream etc, nevermind TRYING to cream butter!!! It was a complete waste of money & waste of space!!! I am back to using my good knives!!!!!!!
The concept is brilliant but the design is far from safe :( – I purchased the BSMS01 Bellini mixer set for making baby food and thought I’d won the lottery until I discovered an odour of rotting garbage that was dirty water and food collecting within the processor lid that cannot be cleaned other than flushing with water... who knows whether or how long it contaminated my babies food! down by suction from the food making it difficult to remove before food is removed making it unsafe for children to help in the kitchen. The beater attachment sounds like a fork stuck in a food disposal unit and is very loud! The stick is great but the measuring jug that comes with the set is too narrow for air to circulate around the blades of the mixer to allow the food to be blended properly causing suction to pull the stick to the bottom of the measuring jug.
The chopper broke the second time I used it – I used it according to the instructions. Nothing heavy, now just landfill. Not impressed. I will not but anything else from this range again. When it did work, both times it wasn't a great job. Show details
Don't buy if you need an electric chopper – As per the other review, if you need an electric chopper then this unit is not the one you need as mine also broke after first use. A small plastic detail within the chopper broke off when it touched the product it is recommended to be used on, cheese. could be used (although not tested) but if it can't do what it was purchased for, needs to be returned.
Do the job – Target still have this item. Cheap and do as what it is. Not sure how long will last based on the previous user comments. But with the price still worth to try. Updated: Nov 2018. The mixer set still working. Only a piece of plastic falls off from the bottom of the blander. Other than that all good. Show details

Stick mixer – I purchased this set and did not use the stick for 3 months as I went away. The first time I used it the blade part fell out of the stick and basically the lower part of the stick was unusable. As I moved house in this time I could not return to the original purchaser, I tried to fix it but keeps falling apart and is basicly dangerous. I would live to find a lower part replacement as the rest of the pieces are ok.
Terrible waste of money – I've had 2 Bellini stick mixers now and both failed within using only a few times. On baby food can you believe it. Just soft vegetables. I won't ever buy bellini again for any product. It's plastic junk. And motor burns out. Company wants nothing to do with helping also. The idea of it. Plastic
The stick part works a treat but!!!!!! – Have found the stick part of the blender absolutely awesome but the processor side is a waste of time as it had only used it a couple of times and the bearings wore out as they are made of plastic and you cant replace the lid that the blender attaches to funny how they seem to break when just out of warranty The stick blender is amazing as you can set the speed you want the processor side let it down for the cheap make of bearings used
Was good while it lasted – I make a lot of soups in winter and find a stick blender indispensable. Bought the Bellini for its metal shafted blender head and the price. Used it 3 times before the plastic/silicone ring inside the blender head came out and could not be fixed, rendering the product useless. Definitely not value for money. Disappointing product. The price Broke after a few uses.

I too had the same problem and would like it rectified, as purchases we are ripped off too often with good looking but inferior products.
