I can't get the dust canister to fit back on – I have tried and tried but after I took it off and emptied the dust, I can't get it back on. Does anyone know how, the instructions in the manual do not help.

Such a convenient little machine for hard floors! – I love this handstick! Works really well on my kitchen and hallway floors; easy to use, empty and maintain; has a motorised brush head and is light enough to be used just about anywhere (dusting, car, cobweb removal, etc.) I wish it had just a bit more suction for carpets and longer battery life though…

Battery doesn’t last – I bought it less than 5 months ago and now the battery lasts less than 2 minutes. Would be good if the company replace the battery or I will throw it away.

Form and function at a reasonable price! – Such a stylish well made cordless hand-stick vac. Not the strongest suction available obviously, at that price, ($99 from Target) but it's more than adequate for whizzing around clearing-up crumbs and small dirt particles, rather than having to get the big electric vac out. It never ceases to amaze me how much fluff and dust it picks up when I give the floors and mats a 10 minute whizz-over! A small wall bracket makes it easy to store and keep on charge, ready for use. Just a shame it doesn't have a replaceable plug-in battery as it's built in, but at the price I can just buy a complete new unit.

It is OK, I took the vacuum into my local target and they showed me how to do this. Great service. They use one in the fitting rooms of the store.
