My Miami spa has been going strong for 7 years. Cannot fault it. Best $500 I've ever spent. I only use natural sanitizers in it, no chlorine and change the water every 2 months. Show details
I purchased this product in November last year.I paid a handyman to install it and one wanted to charge me $300 to install it and another person quoted only $80 which was a very good deal for same job and I am very happy with this product and it’s one of the best things that I have purchased. Here is some screenshots on what it looks like. This… Read more · 3
product was purchased from Bunnings and included free delivery.Best product I have purchased in a long time and it has a option to use less power saving money on power which is a good thing.
Was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Is used quite often and hasn’t missed a beat. My only suggestion is watch a YouTube video for initial setup rather than use the supplied directions. It makes life easier. Show details

Cheap rubbish – Purchased from bunnings. On day one it's already got a fault it does not fully inflate. I've tried checking all valves for leaks with soap spray test. Its basically unsabke as there isn't enough air going in to keep it inflated. Will be returning it to bunnings and bynnings can deal with this shonky company I should habe read the reviews. Not happy with after sales service – Purchased our Hawaii spa ($899) from Bunnings in August 2022, everything was excellent, and we were very happy with product, right up till the pump died Dec 2023, we approached Bestways to see if it could be repaired (NO), asked if we could purchase a new pump (YES) however the price (including delivery) was dearer than going back to Bunnings and… Read more
buying another complete spa, which was thankfully on sale but still cost $500, so we did and changed the pumps over, to say it has left a bad taste is a understatement, we will see how this one goes before making any more comments.
Best spa ever! – Bought my 1st Miami in 2019. I stupidly set it up via an extension cord and soon noticed scorch marks on both plugs. I decided it was safer to discontinue use and bought a new Miami. I figured the first one lasted 5 years so thats good innings. I have the newer, upgraded Miami and plugged it directly into an outdoor socket. Im pleased to note the… Read more
upgrades are very good! It came with a drain hose attached the floor plug which easily attatches to a hose when you need to drain the spa. The jets are a teeny bit less aggressive, which i love! No more being lifted off the spa floor and bounced around by the jets!

Wonderful spa with a problem i would like to fix – I have loved my miami lazy spa. Purchased from Bunnings in 2021. But all of a sudden its leaking from what seams to be the air way connection. Is there a valve in there that can stop working by keeping the water in the spa. I have know idea of what to do. Other than this it has been wonderful . Patl
The best purchase of 2024 – Ok so hope I’m not jinxing myself as the reviews are not good I see BUT ….This was the BEST purchase EVER for me honestly! Took me a year to decide as I couldn’t justify $550 on a blow up pool! Well let me tell you this isn’t just a blow up pool! It’s is actually a real spa, strong jets, warm or cold, room to move! Easy to set up, easy to use!… Read more
Strong cover to protect from littlies. My kids have been in every day! I use it every night after work so relaxing- ☺️ Thank you !!!! FYI granules works best and test water daily!!! Look if I get a couple of years I’ll be happy! Saves me money taking the kids out and spending!

Had a few questions for bestway online and Bryon was very helpful indeed .I highly recommend this product Show details

Not worth the money – Did not last long at all. Within a months it was leaking water and air. They did replace the pool and pump. But it was maybe 3 months later it was leaking water again. If you want something done right do it yourself! The problem is the one way air valve in the pool. When immersed in water it goes hard and breaks apart! What tha! You can not get… Read more
it replaced it's with in the guts of the pool. One thing I did was to buy silicone seals for the air pump(the replacement one, as its seals died too). That at least would give the air pump protection. It's been over a year now and they have died. Time to stop flogging a dead horse. It's a real shame. The other plastics in the pool also go brittle and break apart, again immersed in water affects it. The pool is now showing signs of osmosis, where the water permeates into the plastic of the pool walls, little blisters all over. I did keep the spa at recommend chlorinated levels, this maybe part of the issue with the plastics.
Simply Do Not Last – I have had 3 spas from this company, in just over 4 years. Each time, they have "leaked" air, and finding the leak is virtually impossible. If it were on the inside, then there would be tell tale bubbles, on the outside, good luck. This would apply to ANY blow up spa, no matter the manufacturer. The replacement liner, when I contacted the… Read more
manufacture, is basically only $100 bucks cheaper than a whole new complete unit, which includes the control box.
Inflatable spas, simply do not do the job, unless like me, you were prepared to buy another. I have learnt my lesson.
There are plenty of rigid wall portable spas about that may cost twice as much, but believe me, they are simply better. Anything that is blow up, will have problems. You can't see air.
Don't waste your hard earned cash, on inflatable spas, and buy something with a rigid wall, that dosn't need to be pumped full of air. My current spa, which cost $1200 new, simply looks better ( looks stunning ), performs better, and as it is rigid wall, no air leak issues.
Crap product that anyone with a brain could see – The floating chlorine tablet dispenser thing. What a piece of crap, please explain how it works and how a tablet or granules fit inside it??????? What is the hole in the middle for??????? How can you be that dumb and stupid to invent this product and be so dumb to sell it? Any quality and checking done by Bestway (Crapway)??????? Show details

Terribal – Waited 2 years to put my spa up finally put it up lasted a friggen month. Heating stopped did every reset possible nothing . No one could help so disappointed in this product waste of money never again Show details
Great for one use only!! :( – I loved my 1st one lasted years but since the new design i have brought two (within 2years) and each time ive packed it away and went to use it again there is a hole where the pipe and filter meet.. very dissappointed. Great for one use only :( Show details
Worked great then it didn't – Worked great. We used to really enjoy sitting in the spa and relaxing at the end of the day. Due to the cost of running the spa, we ended up only running it no the weekends. BUT! A little over a year after we bought it the started leaking inside to the spa walls. Asked Bestway customer service for advice. They were prompt and helpful. They… Read more
asked for photos of the issue, photos of the model and the receipts. They informed me that it needed an new spa inflatable. $695 plus delivery. I spent $1200 on it only 12 months before and now I was expected to pay another almost $700 to keep using it for another year (I assume). Unfortunately this made the review go from 5 star to 1 star. It's NOT a cheap spa when it only lasts a year it is a waste of money.
Only good for 2 years – Trust me when I say this. I was a 5 star review until the spa starts to deteriorate and e-mailing then is as good as buying another one. Just feel a bit scammed Show details
Terrible quality and even worse customer service – Terrible and non durable material. Warranty is pointless on this item as you cannot see internal poor quality material that start to deteriorate. Parts cannot be replaced without replacing the whole liner. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to throw money down the drain.
Worst ever – This product has the worst instructions of ANY product I've EVER bought. Will be taking it back to bunnings, getting a refund and using to money to purchase a real spa Show details
It's Cheap, And It Shows – In my title I said that it is cheap even though $500 is not really that cheap, however it is cheaper that a proper spa. It satisfies the minimum requirements for being called a spa - it holds heated water and makes bubbles, barely. I guess that I shouldn't really complain given that it's 'only' $500 and a proper installed spa would be $10,000… Read more
minimum or more.
The size is too small and it will barely hold 2 adults. The depth is acceptable but the sides won't take any weight - they are inflatable after all. The water takes SO LONG to get to a temperature where it is usable and never gets to a temperature that would be called hot (unless you pour jugful's of boiling water into it). The air bubbles are very noisy but not at all massaging or relaxing - an annoyance if anything.
I was going to give it 2 stars but that wouldn't be fair to it. It never promised to be super fancy or have any special features - it was just a cheap portable spa and it does that job to the bare minimum.
We were good, till we weren't – Bought this spa for Christmas 2021. Loved it initially as so easy to install and use even though the massage bubbles were, in all honesty, pathetic and not worth turning on. More like a air kiss than a massage.. Never used it in summer, but had it up again this winter and used it a few times. Then, one day out of the blue, we got an eo8 message.… Read more
Followed the instructions, but didn't fix it. Phoned Bestway and said if the easy fix didn't work, we would need a new pump, which cost the same as a new spa, so might as well buy a new spa. And, as we were seven months out of warranty, that was our only option. Disappointing that to fix a pump, we have to replace a spa. What a waste.
Very poor customer service – Had it for a few months then noticed water pooling on the floor, emptied the spa found it was an o ring leaking, contacted the company and they were not willing to help with a cheap o ring. I refuse to pay thier price for a whole new set and postage on top, for the sake of customer service they should just put one in am envelope but they won't Show details

Don't buy from Bestway – Pump 15 months old. Pump decided to stop working, out of warranty by 3 months. Yes that's right 3 months. This mob would not replace, only if I paid for another plus delivery. Australian consumers law allows additional warranty. Read the law Bestway. The product is not fit for it's intended purpose. Shame on you Bestway. ACCC will be coming after you.
Was good then pump started leaking – I have to concur with a lot of the other reviews here unfortunately. I purchased the Santa Lucia model and wouldn’t buy from this company again. To get a little over 12 months use for a substantial purchase is very ordinary. Show details
Do not buy bestaway products. Their heat pumps do not work – Purchased a spa. Heat pump error code came up while starting it up, contacted bestaway and they said to contact an electrician. They will not give me my money back and have already returned the item. I have had to take them to the nsw tribunal. Show details
2 SPAS purchased BOTH only lasted just over a year company never got back to me – I’ve purchased two Best way spas within 12 months of one another and both failed just outside of warranty. Very poor quality check components INTEXT spas are much better I’ll never buy a best way product again. Cheap nasty crap. Show details
Waste of money – Bought this Lay-Z Havana Spa for 500 euro, thinking it would be okay quality. After a few weeks of using the tub, the edges started to puff out and the edge started slanting inwards, which shrunk the diameter of the tub and made it look like the water level was too high. After emailing about this for several months due to delivery delays, they… Read more
finally were able to send me a new tub, as they found it was a production mallfunction. In order to receive the new tub, I had to cut out the serial number of the tub. Finally received a new tub, which did the exact same within a week after starting using it. Now i've been in contact with custumer 'support' and they're telling me that I did something wrong inflating it. It wasn't too heavely inflated, as I was pretty carefull not wanting to mess this up. Also, the wifi of the tub isn't working anymore, after a total of about 7 months using the tub.
Bestway is the worst when it comes to quality and customer service.
BEWARE - if you want more than 12 months use – The company do not back their product for a life span past 12 months!! I purchased a Bestway inflatable spa in Jan 2021 ($800+ NZD) and now the pump is faulty, no longer heating the water and the company is refusing to replace (past the 12 month warranty) and is only offering me a chance to purchase a new pump ($300NZD). When I purchased this spa… Read more
I expected the life expectancy to be more than 12 months (as would any normal, rational person). When I google how long do spa pool pumps last the answer is 5-10 years
I tried all the fixes recommended on the manufacturers website and emailed them advise that the pump was now not working and what could they suggest I do to fix it. The pump has been maintained, has been covered and not exposed to the elements. The spa has been regularly refilled with clean water, the filter replaced on a weekly basis, the spa cleaned daily in summer (high use) and twice weekly in winter (low use) with a magicvac (ergonomic cleaning Vac) and the correct chemicals have been used in the spa water.
I have done everything to ensure this product is in good working order and I expected at least 3-4 years use from the spa. BEWARE it appears the company do not back their products - if you want to enjoy your spa for more than 18 months then I recommend you do not purchase inflatable spa from Bestway.
Not good filters – Had spa for 2 weeks and had to change filters 6 times. We shower before each use, and wear shoes to spa, very dissatisfied. Would not make the purchase again.
Don't impulse buy this, bro – Having a spa is cool, I enjoyed it thoroughly for a little while but know full-well you are looking at 6-12 months tops - if you can have peace on those terms - awesome. Everything was fine until the pump started to leak after about 3 months of semi-regular use. It has become an on-going headache of troubleshooting, watching videos, ordering… Read more
replacement (over-priced, 3rd party) parts, semi-filling it, having it still leak, draining it, taking apart the console and doing it all over again. As of today I've just siliconed the hell of the leaky connection in a bid to get one more winter out of it.
Not happy – Purchased inflatable spa after 2 months has stopped working have been going backwards and forwards with emails was asked at the start what I would like advised a refund after nearly 3 weeks of emails I was told that the broken item was on its way, that's not what I wanted as I have no trust in this item I believe I have the right to choose refund… Read more
or replacement that didn't happen. Do the right thing Bestway/My Deal and refund my money and pick up the replacement item that I didn't ask for.
We loved it so much.. when it worked – We bought our Miami lazy spa in December, almost immediately getting EO2 code error, keeps cutting out we are so do saf we have to get rid of it I cleaned the filters every single week, checked all of the pumps.. could not see a thing wrong. It would just stop which started causing my husband and I anxiety about even getting in :( heading to return it today while it’s still under warranty so so sad. Show details
