Brand new blanket falling apart – I purchased a queen size woollen blanket a couple of months ago. After I placed it on the bed I noticed there was fluff everywhere from the blanket. When I looked closely it looked like it was damaged. I then decided to wash it as per the instructions but this didnt resolve the problem. The blanket is still moulting everywhere. considering the price they charge. When I contacted the company they wouldn't accept responsibility nor offer any assistance. Never again.
