Horrible Scammers‼️ – Ordered on 7/23/24. Took money on the 29th. Received confirmation on the 31st of July. It's 8/16/24. This item was suppose to have shipped on 8/7/24. They can't seem to give me a tracking number. They are scaming and stealing people's money. I want this resolved. My granddaughter did not get her birthday gift. Show details

the ads still on TV if the consumer cannot ever buy the products? It makes me feel angry and frustrated as I believe my grandchildren would love these, so don't keep promoting the ads on TV if Global Direct can't supply the stock.

Return Sucks – I bought them for my kids for Christmas. They don't fit them so I need to get bigger ones. I was told I can't return them since it's over 30 days. When I placed the order the shipping took longer, lost. Product is nice but don't buy directly from the company. Buy from Amazon or Walmart. At least you have longer to return if you don't want it. Show details

Poor quality – I purchased 4 happy nappers through the website, I noticed right away the zipper on each one can break real fast because they slide down real easy. I bought these for Christmas this year 2023 so my kids have not had them long (like 4 days) and of course the zipper broke off one this morning! Thursday. After discussing this with a woman, who obviously had English as a second language, she was argumentative and denied that this was not on offer without a "code number" and would cost in the region of $90 including postage. No issues, we have been able to purchase the required item on eBay today at a much cheaper price, with the knowledge that should there be any supply issues the payment will be refunded without question. Suggest you check with eBay should you be sourcing any items currently advertised by this company.

reinforcing behind the snaps at all, and its a fairly thin fabric so I don't see how it could stand up to repeated opening and closing as the napper is intended to do. Its such a great idea, and I can't repair it for her as I only have the small snaps and associated tool, not these large ones.

She is in love with it already and has named it, so doesn't want a replacement, and I absolutely understand her point of view here.

If this is the standard, I'm guessing there will be more complaints as time goes on. We were unlucky with a poorly fixed snap right out of the gate. I'll try to locate a larger snap and tool for not too much money, but as they come in sets I doubt that's possible.

I'm reluctant to go the velcro route as Miss 6 has a very delicate skin and she may get scratched. Therefore currently racking my brains trying to think how best to fix it, and that's more hours unnecessarily out of my life that I never get back, thanks so much creators of happy napper, I'm distinctly UNhappy right now.

Handy but cheap crap plastic zippers – Daughter got one as a present no stoppers on the cheap crap plastic zipper broke straight away had to sew beads to each end to stop zipper coming undone. Show details

Perfect Condition But Short In lenght – Bought the Adult Size Happy Napper for my tall (164cm) 10yr old in perfect condition but was slightly small for her to fit into. So Adult Size is Limited in length but perfect fluffy texture for sleep. Show details

Synthetic garbage – They are synthetic meaning they contain a form of plastic, very unhealthy. Our world is choking in plastic. There is 5.25 trillion tons of plastic in our oceans and this product is contributing for further plastic pollution.

Kids love them but poor quality – The kids love them so much and they are very handy to have for sleepovers and holidays. However the quality is poor. The press studs broke within a day and now they are unable to use them as just the play pillow. They also can not be washed in a washing machine, the instructions are spot clean only. that can’t be washed. Maybe a design where the pillow is removable so it can go in a washing machine would be better. None of this stops the kids for loving them though.

Waste of money – I bought my grand kids 1 each and the zipper on the large $80 one broke within 2 days. She is so disappointed and upset i now have to pay someone to replace the zipper and hope nothing else goes wrong with it.
