Bidets2go BB-1000

Exceptional service from this company – We have a BB 1000 bought from Bidets2go. The bidet itself is very good but the company's service is even better. I rang them recently about a fault in the unit. They were prompt to return my phone call and very knowledgeable. Despite being technically out of the 3 year warranty period, they have replaced, at no charge, the faulty remote control, without a quibble. I highly recommend the company and the bidet.

they showed sympathy but this is really beyond their reach by distance.

When I had found Bidets2go because they were selling the same model, they immediately helped me with diagnostics and sent out spare parts within the same afternoon at much discounted prices. Further follow-ups to get to the bottom of the bidet's issues led Bidets2go to sending me free parts at their postage cost. It almost sounds unreal for a business to help someone who is not even their own customer to this extent!

I thought this is the least I could do to call for the support to those small to medium Australian businesses under threats from E-commerce and big supermarket chains. We will see those very personal and warm services disappearing if we make our purchasing decisions based on prices alone.

This in sharp contrast to another Australian bidet supplier from whom I had in the past purchased three bidets, two of which had a design fault they ultimately refused to repair or replace.
