Good product but cracked – Has been reliable over the year and worked well but has now cracked on one side and the cracks pinch your skin when you sit on it, ouch!!! A little more plastic or a few more supports would have probably been a good manufacturers upgrade. Will need to find another brand with a more ridged seat to replace the Kogan unit. Show details
An economical bit of luxery – Required this as part of an ensuite renovation. After 3 weeks of installation very happy with performance. Did have an issue in installation because the physical size did not suit the existing toilet pan so suggest you check your dimensions carefully. Was good value for the price. No problems dealing with Kogan.
