EXCELLENT PRODUCT LueLue DIB - C850R – Purchased on line 19th Apr.19. and had 41/2 yrs. faultless service. DIB C850R Faulty - no support – LueLue is the same company which runs Bidets Online. Unfortunately my emails have gone unanswered for a week. I have emailed asking if it can be fixed, how much, etc., but none of the emails have been answered. A $1000 bidet is now useless. Show details

Decent toilet seat – White smooth and easy to clean. I must have bought this one last time but it still works well.

Great product – Fitted easily and works well. We bought them for both toilets during the Great Toilet Paper shortage of 2020 and have not had any issues. Just don't try to demonstrate without blocking the water spray with something!

Worst Bidet, Don't Buy – Brought 2 last year, within 8 months both bidets broke down within space of 3 weeks one after the other. Tried to do warrenty claim, now the shop owner in Paklea ( Campbell Cox) and main owner stopped picking up my phone. Worst customer service ever. Show details

both adults and children they are fabulous particularly for females. I cannot say how much better it feels to clean up after using the toilet, we've cut down on the use of toilet paper as well. We purchased this model its cold water and manual and fine even in Melbourne winter not a drama , they are only $200 worth every bit highly recommend the company as well.
