Bigger Boyz Toyz 6.5HP B&S Mulcher

This mulcher is a beast! – Below is the same review I put on the BBT website. I have now had the machine 2 months & used 4 times, each time over an hour. My opinion has not changed. The price is reasonable compared to 2nd had ones I viewed and new ones of equal power. I put off buying a petrol mulcher for about 3 years after the previous one (electric) lasted only three uses. The order made on a Thurs night and the machine delivered the next Thurs morning to Brisbane. One blade was missing but BBT quickly sent two replacements!

For about 18 months I had piled branches & sticks high in the backyard. This machine dispatched the whole pile in two sessions. It is a beast of a machine in what it can handle & does everything promised.

On the minus side, at 80kg it is a bit bulky to move around. Also, I much prefer my own protective glasses to the diving style face mask included. My biggest complaint is reserved for the assembly instruction manual. At A5 size it is already hard to read but the diagrams are very small and the labelling must be a very weak size 6 font - some very hard to read and one picture was not quite correct costing me 20 mins to realise the error. I recommend BBT enlarge it to A4 size format.

In conclusions, so happy with the machine (5 stars), not with the instruction booklet. I find it an awesome machine and BBT a trustworthy company.
