Bill’s Organic Sourdough Medium Rye

Very good product – I really like Bill's. Super healthy at the right price. Last me a week. I am a simple person who like real and organic products. This brand is the winner.

Dry – Very dry and tasteless, made a sandwich and the bread didn't hold together. Tried toasting and it was hard and dry, I couldn't eat it. It was a few days before the 'best before date' so it wasn't stale (which is what I first thought). At $6 I won't be buying again.

Incredible Bread! – Most commercial breads upset my internals...this does not...yeast free....freezes and toasts well...I just love it...and all of Bill's breads...although I do concede...those brought up on soft, white bread ...will find it very different...Just saying...at least try it...you may surprise yourself...I would never go back.

Real Rye bread without all the additives – Ive tried other supermarket rye breads but this is REAL RYE made with actual organic ingredients...so know what your buying first. I buy Rye because i know what it is and what is SHOULD taste like - it has a stronger (enjoyable) flavour and nutritionally a thousand times better for you than white highly processed breads. im ok paying a bit more for something real.Compare the nutritional value on the back of this pack to others and you can soon see there's a difference AND without all the additives that make others big profits.

if you're choosing rye chances are you know why..and like that little bit of a kick to the taste buds. its not only the fiber-rich bran, the outer shell of the grain, that is healthful... new research shows that bread baked with white rye flour, which is flour made from the inner, white part of the rye kernel, leads to better regulation insulin and blood sugar profiles.

OK – Nice idea and all but personally i didnt really like the taste of this bread. Depends on what you like im a big slap of bread in the loaster with heaps of butter and jam type of girl with a cup of tea. I tried that with this bread and it just didnt really taste the same or that nice. So personally not for me. Great idea Personally doenst taste that great to me.
