HMB is great. The powder isn't flavourless as labeled – I am reviewing the 150 gram powder rather than the tablets. Firstly, it tastes like [Content Removed]. I’m great with chemical tastes and strange flavours but this is like sour milk. Can be disguised with a sweet sports drink or probably cordial. As for HMB, I’m a fan but would probably prefer the tablets despite the additional cost. Please do not mix the powder into a Protein Shake. You will regret it for the rest of the day and the taste will never leave you. Mixing it with water and holding your nose is doable as long as you do it fast.

Interesting results – Yes I saw some advertisement on TV and tried this product with no knowledge of what it would do to me. I am now into the second week of a course of 60 tablets and at 64 yrs old have noticed my muscle tone change to ripped. seriously. However I would like to know of others experience with this product.

It turns out the odd flavour is simply Sucralose. The product is purchased flavourless so you expect a neutral or chemical flavour but it's a shock because it's as sweet as anything. This is why it doesn't go well with milk or a protein shake. Knowing this, my brain can now cope with the flavour as it is sweet rather that tasting like gym socks
