Powder doesn't dissolve - leaves clumps – I have used this powder from time to time over the years and have never had a problem with it, until now. So, I tried another powder and ta-dah, no problems.

I did a few experiments , and only Biozet Attack 3D gave me the 'clumping' problem.

When not on sale, this powder and all the other big brand powders are very expensive now. The variety of types of powder, like dish washing tablets, borders on the absurd, what with "Pro" "Gold" "Professional" "Ultimate" etc etc. I really think the manufacturers are taking customers for fools, but that's a different issue.

Just give us a powder that works thanks....

Suds, suds everywhere!!! – At first, I thought maybe I'd put too much liquid in, then maybe I overloaded the machine with clothes...neither of these issues were true. laundry detergent does this - I have 4 different types right now but both of the Biozet Attack 3D Clean Action (plus softener & standard varieties) leak suds everywhere!!!

I have varied the type of laundry I wash; towels, bedding, delicates, general whites, darks and colours - nothing makes a difference! Everything comes out clean, fresh and we don't have any allergies or sensitivities from this detergent - although my timber floor is probably not appreciating it...

I'm at a total loss of what to do or why this is happening. Needless to say, I'm not keen to continue using it, nor am I currently.

My washing machine is an Electrolux 9kg front loader and is under 3 years old.

Doesn't dissolve well even after 2nd time cold water wash, also doesnt clean well with cold water wash – Followed the instructions, used it for 1st cycle cold water wash this afternoon, found powder still there then continued 2nd cycle cold water wash without adding any more powder, the powder still there in some clothes, didn't dissolve well! Now I put the clothes back on 3nd time wash at 30 degree to see if the powder will eventually go. Also the marks on my socks didn't clean well but still there untouched. Was great now rock hard residue – Biozet powder is no longer dissolving properly for me in front loader. Rock hard residue clumps. I use it because of the low perfume. I am trying out the liquid, however it seems to have a powerful scent by comparison to the powder. Something has changed with the powder formula. Watered down to increase profit – I have been using this product for the last few years and was happy with it. Unfortunately, like many companies, they are more interested in profit then delivering the best product. The laundry detergent has recently been watered down by at least 50%. It literally pours out like tap water. The ability to wash clothes properly is no more. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF. IT NO LONGER WORKS! Show details

Powder doesn't dissolve – I'm disappointed that this product doesn't dissolve and the powder gets caked into the front loader dispenser unless mixed with water and poured in while water runs into the machine. I mix it in a jar and shake it but it's not dissolved. Clothes are clean . I won't buy powder again. The liquid is ok. Show details

works okay better than the liquid does not leave a detergent smell – all clothes except woollen jumpers and blankets. cleans pretty good, my main gripe is no scoop okay plastic reduction okay, why not put cardboard scoops in or a wooden one. when i finished a packet of attack the scoop and box goes into recycling bin to be recycled. i notice attack you have not passed on the savings to consumers still costs the same price so who is ripping off who. i ask you. Show details

Great product – I’ve used this product for many years. It does a very good clean, is economic to use and doesn’t have a overpowering odour or perfume. It doesn’t have a softener included in it so washed items like towels will feel rough. Show reply

Best powder I have used in 50 yrs – I live with my husband and my 16 yr old grandson. We have a fair bit of washing including my husbands bike gear and my autistic grandson’s obsession with requiring everything washed every day and his fluffy blankets every second day. any skin irritations and making the clothes clean and fresh. I purchase it in the buckets and use the recommended amount and find it economical as well. I have tried every brand over many years and am pleased to have found a product that removes stains and cleans extremely well.

Good for stain removal – I was won over by Biozet when it removed purple coloured bird poop from white towels that had been left on the clothesline. I made a paste and left on the stains, then washed as usual. Odd that there is no scoop, but a good decision from an environmental perspective. Show details ·  1

happy with it. Like Christopher, I too would have collected a few, if I had been made aware that the manufacturer had decided to omit this measuring device. I have now used 6 boxes, using the same scoop & am hoping & praying that it does not break. I notice that the box still tells you how much to use, using the scoop. If the company is not wishing to provide a plastic scoop for environmental reasons or just plain cost savings, then there should have been some kind of PR or Advertising campaign. I assume that this did not happen, as most consumers would not be happy. The liquid product is obviously not affected as the measuring device is the lid. So now if I am on holiday & need to buy washing powder, (yes, as a mum of three I still wash clothes whenever we go away), & I buy BioZet there will be no scoop. So, no guesses that I will buy another product. If I find that product to be just as good or superior, then I guess they loose a loyal customer of over 20 years!. Oh well, they don't seem to be concerned. Bring back the scoop, or loose customers.

but inconvenient for consumers that could have saved scoops leading up to their decision. Moreover, I was astounded to be told by the company, that i could use a tablespoon!!! So they want me to use my kitchen cutlery to scoop out their product? Are they going to use that in their next ad campaign - because its a cracker!!! Be careful! not suitable for all clothes – I was a bit disappointed after giving this powder wash a go after I got it on sale; well after that I had to buy new clothes that "Look New". amazingly on odours as expected and I would soak those Sporty wears in hot water but would still be smelly after the wash. It does remove certain types of grim and dirt after soaking but however it tarnishes and removes that white brilliance. . It also bleached one of my kids towels. Just Be careful when washing!! The fragrance is okay.. and no reaction to skin or kid skin... however I'm not repeating this purchase for my personal experience.

Bleached a brand new dress – Used this at my parents house over Xmas only for it to bleach my brand new dress and a top (neither overly cheap). Appalled at biozet and will be reverting to radiant.

Bleached towels – Washed 4 brand new Sheridan towels and they all have patches which have been bleached from dark blue to an awful beige/orangey stain. This also happened last year and I assumed it was a skin cleanser, which I then stopped using before replacing the towels. Turns out others have had the same problem and I’m now left with $120 worth of brand new towels, ruined. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.  Show details

Use this product everyday! It’s fabulous, my go to brand! – I use this laundry detergent everyday on clothes, towels, bedsheets and intimates. It works to remove stains well and is more effective if you allow the stain to sit in the detergent before a wash. friends and they haven’t had any irritation either. Leaves a beautiful smell on your clothes and keeps your clothes fresh! Love this product. Also would recommend the softener combination powder for towels, as it works fabulously well to keep towels soft.

Leaves bleach marks! – I have been using this liquid for 4+ years now with no problem at all. I’ve just purchased a new bottle from Woolworths and it has put bleach marks in not only 1 but 2 loads of Sheridan towels! Powder rock hard – Used this powder with amount suggested and left powder rock hard in compartment . Tried using less powder and still the same. Powder was so hard it was stuck in compartment and hard to remove. Show details

Not suitable for front loader – Purchased this instead of usual detergent that I’d been using packaging states front and top loader. No problems with the cleaning however it suds up so much in front loader, I use less than the amount recommended, that my washer has issues with completing the wash. Error messages state that it can’t pump out. After leaving sit for a few hours can get machine to pump out. Definitely not suitable for front loaders. Show details

Leaves bleach marks – I use to use this powder alot with the recomended amount in each wash. My clothes and towles would come out clean but started to notice bleach marks appearing on items after being washed. Thisvwould happen on either hot warm or cold wash.
