Stopped working after a few uses – Item stopped working after a few uses. Bissell customer service, have so far, refused to repair, replace or refund, instead, they have chosen to send generic emails and demand a video of the machine not working. If anyone cares to browse my reviews they will see that I am a verified purchaser of many Bissell items with the star ratings dropping each new purchase. After around 20 years of proudly buying Bissell products and having confidence in the product and the service, the past 4 or 5 years have taught me that the company has declined significantly and is no longer worthy of my money or my time and energy. From my last 5 purchases, 4 have been returned for repair within the warranty period and the 5th item is only 4 months old so I expect another time consuming few months of emails and phone calls when something goes wrong with that too.
