Why is the shampoo not working?
In my case the pump that supplies the shampoo stopped working, its run by a belt from the vacuum motor and is on all the time , when you press the trigger its just lets the pressurised water/shampoo flow. I tried everything to get it working as it broke after 2 uses . i ended up using a hand pump portable weed sprayer to deliver the shampoo and bypassed the machines pump after pulling it all apart. It now works and cleans the carpet but only because of extreme measures, in reality it should be on the tip. .
