I also tried to claim the advertised bonus offer that came with the promotion, but the redemption had to be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Over the Christmas period this is very difficult to manage, and I feel the claim window should be more reasonable given the time of year and how busy people are.
Overall, the vacuum works, but the weight and the tight redemption timeframe for the promotion have left us disappointed with the purchase.
Happy with my purchase of the Bissell Furguard which I decided on after researching various makes and models. I have put it to the test for over a month. The lights are super bright and actually show you so much dirt and hair you could never see otherwise, I thought the lights on my Shark (NZ801) were good and now they frankly look pathetic… Read more

I am a part time domestic cleaner and having the two batteries is amazing and essential (and that I can buy more if required). I also use it in my caravan and the car, which it is really convenient for also though sometimes I miss the flexibility of having a hose. Of course it remains to be seen how long it will last as with anything and what will happen if I did need to make a warranty claim. (Only 'con' is that the extension wand doesn't have lights when vacuuming out those dirty corners! But I don't know any vacuum cleaner that does:))
I still use my corded Shark vacuum when a bigger capacity dirt tank is needed and where extra heavy duty suction is required (as it is good at that). But the Bissell Furguard is a lot easier and faster to use with no cords to tangle with and lighter and does the job fine. I can get a whole house cleaned on the two batteries. (Glad you don't have to hold the power button on either like you do for Dyson stick vacuums as far as I know and have seen. No sore fingers.) Would recommend this stick vacuum cleaner!
Powerful Suction, Led Floor lights, long life battery and you get a spare in the box. Bought this as I have a pet but mainly because it has LED Lights, great for under the bed, can see evey spec of fur and dust. Not heavey either. Highly recommended this product!
