Works well on upholstery but carpet cleaning is hopeless! Still need to hire a proper carpet cleaner - don't waste your money! It doesn't wash or clean the carpet. It just sprays and sucks. Carpet is not cleaned at all.

 Follow-up  · The biggest problem is that there is inly a tiny suction power on the carpet cleaner
